A friend noticed a long crack on it one day which surprised me so I needed to get it fixed. I called C Auto Glass a day before to inquire about their windshield repair services. The young woman on the phone explained the service and told me what days/times were available for an appointment. I scheduled an appointment right then on the phone. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day, on Friday, January 17th. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the front desk receptionist. My car was then taken in to be repaired. I waited in the small waiting room while my car was being worked on. I waited for about 2 hours until my car was ready. I was able to work on my laptop while I waited because they have wifi. They also did a recalibration (just over $200) which is readjusting the car safety system and sensors in the front of the car where the camera is. They used a software to do this and per my receipt, the process takes under 10 mins. After my windshield was replaced (about $300), I was told to leave the adhesive (sticker) on for 24 hours. This allows the adhesive to properly bond or stick with the glass. I was also told not to wash my car for 5 days afterwards to prevent harm to the glass. This may mean that they used a less durable glass but perhaps that is standard procedure. Service was efficient and friendly. It's early February 2025 now and my car windshield still looks great. literally..do not use this service..use safelite. they sent torry over to replace my window and i…read moreliterally seen him pull in my drive way then drove off. i had my front door open and my garage door open as well. i work from home and once i saw him, i grabbed my shoes and he was gone. i literally called him back and asked for his location because i thought he was parking on the street however, he drove off. given off scam vibes. then he said i ordered the wrong window and someone should have called me. i stated to him that why didnt you just come to my door and alert me. he lied and said he was outside for 10 minutes and no one came. i said most people announce they are here by ringing a doorbell. he then got an attitude and said most normal people come outside when you know someone is on the way. he also hung up on me. i canceled my order and place it with safe light. this was the worse experience i ever had for a first time customer..do not ever use them. go to safelite. i promise. i work in healthcare. i know a lot about service and this was very upsetting. this was really bad. they did refund my order. hopefully, thats what they said..

He showed up at my home bright and early the next work day, troubleshoot my problem to a faulty power window switch, and even helped me locate one online for about a fifth of dealer cost. All that, and when I asked what I owed him he just said it was nice meeting me and went on his way. He's a great guy, and deserves your business.

Five stars isn't enough for Senneco Auto Glass!…read more I have a 1970 Chevy C10, and finding someone to replace the leaking front windshield was like searching for a unicorn. When I called Senneco, they were incredibly kind and immediately said they'd love to help. I brought the truck in and met Dave, who was just the best--so friendly, patient, and happy to walk me through the process step by step. Senneco wasn't able to source the exact glass I wanted (I'm a little picky when it comes to my truck), so I went on a months-long hunt to find it myself. Brought in what I thought was the right glass--nope. Total fail. Came back later with the correct one, and Dave got it installed fast. What really stood out throughout this whole saga is how respectful and kind Dave was every single time I showed up (which was at least four visits). As a woman, I'm no stranger to being talked down to in auto shops, but I never once felt that here. Dave treated me like a valued customer and a fellow enthusiast, and that meant the world to me. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you, Senneco--and especially Dave--for making a stressful project such a positive experience. I'll be back next time I need anything glass-related!

Beware! Shoddy business practices. Very unprofessional. Had my windshield replaced a year ago…read more $1000 windshield. Warranty explicitly states stress cracks are warranted. Was driving in a parking lot maybe 5 miles per hour- the glass popped (that's the sound I heard) nothing remotely nearby to cause the windshield to crack. Stop by Seneco Glass as they did the original install. No one there to assess. Call them the next day- Rick says send me pics -did so, can't determine from pics - "bring in I'm here all the time" Text him- will you be there tomorrow? - his response "yup". Bring the car by (mind you, this is a 25 minute drive each time) Guess what? Rick not there all day. The lady says I'll have someone come out to your home and look at it- Okay, great. The guy does show and determines it's a stress crack and covered by warranty. Wonderful. Make an appointment to bring car in and have glass repaired. (Again, taking time away from work, also having another person follow me to bring me back home). Well guess who is there when I drop car off?- the elusive Rick- looks at glass and says-(I'll let you guess) that's right- Ricks says- "that's not a stress crack. It's not covered!" What a joke of a company. Anyway- buyer beware.

First appt on Monday the glass tech from Accurate did not have proper molding, reset appt for Thursday, glass tech never showed up. Dealership was very apologetic and even tried calling glass company on my behalf. Accurate glass dropped ball twice, I drove 45 minutes one way twice! I am a salesman at this dealership and do plan on discouraging anyone from using Accurate Glass.

They squeaked me in for a drivers door window that had been opened and stocked down on the inside of the door. They had it quickly taken apart and discovered that the "Regulator" had gone bad. The regulator is the motor that drives your window up and down if you have electric windows. The next problem that we encountered was that none of the suppliers they work with had one available. I really wanted my car fixed today due to my busy schedule. The idea came up to call the local Chevy dealer up the street. They had one in stock. The next problem was that they couldn't ship it until this evening. I stepped up and said if accurate auto glass was willing to fix my window today I would run out there to the Chevy dealer myself and pick up the part. They said no one has ever offered that before. We will honor that. So I immediately left and drove 5 miles to the dealership, got the part, and quickly returned. As soon as I handed off the part they took my keys from me and pulled my car into the bay. Literally 20 minutes later it was complete. The tech who worked on it was JON. He was a super friendly high energy guy who even took me back to the shop at my request, and taught me all about the regulator, how it works, showed me the old one, and all the points of failure when they have problems. I have a new understanding now of how electric car windows work. The owners name is John painter. John came out and spoke with me at length. He was a super nice guy and clearly has a gift for connecting with people. I am a Christian, so is he and he shared his Christian testimony with me, which I thought was absolutely awesome! The girls at the front desk were super nice, chatty, and clearly enjoyed their job and only want to make the customers feel comfortable. I cannot say enough about this place. And when everything was said and done the cost was exceedingly reasonable. I had no problem with the price that I paid. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, or you have a problem with your electric windows, accurate auto glass is the place to go. I know I will be going there for any future issues with any of my vehicles. Thanks for taking such great care of me today, guys! I'm a fan.

I called Renegade and not only did they schedule the job for the next day, they removed the rust and put a primer on the area so it wouldn't continue to rust and completed the job all in two hours.
