Lol..... idk if I got lucky but I had an excellent experience with Mobile Health. Once I stepped in I was greeted with a form and a number. Waited maybe 5 min and got called up to finish app. Then 5 min later I was told to go do my business in a cup. another 10 min for my blood draw and finally less than 5 min to get the physical performed by the doc. Probably a total of 30-40 min for everything and I was out. Nurses/PA/MA, whatever their titles, were super nice and efficient. Especially skilled with the blood draw. Painless and no bruising after. The doc was also really sweet. They all worked very fast but still made time for some small talk. Facility is a bit cramped and not the cleanest but that's to be expected tbh. PSA, this place is on the 9th floor, to the left. Elevators work on a timer apparently. I was so confused because the doors wouldn't close. And when I got out they closed LOL. On 3/17/2023, I had to make a $15.0] cc payment to receive a copy of my medical transcript/report by mail. On 3/27/23 I received a frivolous email from a Kareen Austin regarding an encrypted USPS mail astaring it will take 1-15 days for processing and an additional 1-5 days for USPS mail. On 3/31/2023, I received another email from KAREEM AUSTIN with an attached file/app to download. Believing it was my medical transcript, I downloaded it but was unable to open same. Soon after, my cell phone the down load, my cellphone began to slow up, continuously keep flashing and worst is my online accounts had double logos. I googled the name Kareem Austin and weird enough, the email ehich was sent was deleted from my email. Today 4/5/23, NO USPS MAIL abd NO MEDICAL TRANSCRIPT.. Id like to know who RYANN SAPANSKI is because the rmail which i received inficates that the medical report request was sent from Sapanski for processing to KAREEM AUSTIN.​ read more

Update 1/21/22: To add insult to injury, they also gave incorrect information regarding picking up my results. The rude receptionist with the contacts told me I have to come back to the Rego Park location to get my results. People: this is NOT CORRECT. Just call the main line and they can send you an encrypted email. I genuinely hope this review helps someone avoid aggravation. Came here yesterday for a physical. The male medical assistant was phenomenal and sweet however the nurse practitioner, Chloe Smith, and the front desk receptionist (with colored contacts) are not the brightest crayons in the box. They were unhelpful and couldn't give me any form to show my employer that I had a physical completed. They told me it was a wait of 3-5 days. I told them I just needed something, anything to show to my employer that night. I paid out of pocket so it should've been a one and done. They both just stared and shrugged like they had no brain cells. Thank God I called the main line and a sweet woman named Tanya went above and beyond to provide me with an encrypted email that had my physical apart of it which is all I needed. This office needs to do better. If I took what they said at face value, I would be SOL right now. Please learn proper professionalism in your practice. It can take you so far. read more

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I got here at opening which is 8'30am. Waited one hour and a half to get my blood taken. Waited 2 hours just to see the doctor. People came after me & was seen by the doctor before me. Nonsense... I didn't leave this place till 1pm. They only have one doctor on site for hundreds of people. Unreal !!! For the most part the process was organized and minimal wait time. However the office manager should practice attentive listening to clients as she was ready to turn me away and expected me to call my agency as this was physical pre-employment physical screening my appointment was scheduled for 7:30am due to limited parking in the neighborhood I was able to sign in at 7:40am with the building's facility staff; the office manager refused to let me in or hear me out. I was given very aggressive directives to call my agency to reschedule the appointment in which I did and after a few minutes of waiting I was able to complete the physical screening. However the rest of the staff presented in good spirits and good customer service in particular the nurse(Zhenjiang Fang) who was friendly and engaging. I gave them four stars because of the office manager otherwise I would have given them five stars. read more

Not a good experience. The place is crowded and dirty. The employees don't care, they treat people like cattle. Expect to spend hours waiting. It doesn't matter to Mobile Health because almost everybody here is testing for employment. So nobody dares to complain. read more

They don't care about your appointment time so do show up an hour or two earlier if you have things to attend to later. The place is also very dirty. LESS THAN NO STARS!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! The worst and most unorganized facility ever. I was schedule for an 11am appointment and was seen at 12:39 for vitals only. Now I have to wait to see the nurse and doctor. Will it be another hour and a half? When I expressed to the staff what time my appointment was and why I was so upset the medical assistant didn't event offer an apology. PROS: You can receive a physical and PPD here. Mobile Health - 2nd waiting room - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Rego Park, New York

This place is very unprofessional and chaotic. I walked and approached a high wall where a receptionist was hidden behind it. If she would have not spoken I would have not known she was there. She did not make any eye contact and simply gave my the sign in sheet and said, "Sign your name and fill this out". Then they called my name had me check in somewhere else again. What I didn't appreciate is that the receptionist had a client who did not speak English and she knowingly continued to talk to her in English, poor lady was confused. This place only get one star because of the friendly medical assistant named Joanne, who drew my blood. Horrible place! read more

My mother's experience here was the worst ever. To say that customer service is great would be a complete lie. I strongly suggest that no one come here under any circumstance as the environment is terrible. My mother had an appointment on July 21st at 11:30. She had to get off at the ninth floor where she was "greeted" by two Hispanic women working at the desk. My mother who also speaks Spanish overheard them talking about her in a nasty way. They were disgustingly rude, impatient and disrespectful. If they get the chance to read this then they should know how to do their job properly. Whatever they may be dealing with at home should NOT, in any way, affect their treatment of customers. Whoever was working at the reception at 1130 should be held accountable. I would like anyone who goes there to keep a watch out for them and suggest that if they give you attitude to not be hesitant of giving them their own taste of their medicine. Secondly, after leaving, my mother received a call from them telling her that they had forgotten to give her a blood test when she had repeatedly asked the ladies at reception if there was anything else she had to do. They hadn't even apologized and gave the phone to their "supervisor" to avoid being more wrong than they already are. If I could get them fired for treating my mother like this I would but this has just been one bad experience and I hope to prevent anyone from experiencing the same. Staff at front desk is rude. They give you no instructions and hand you a cup. I wasn't ready to urinate. how do I force myself to pee? She didn't even ask if I was ready. When I was finally ready to urinate, this pathetic place was calling my name on the intercom while I was in the bathroom! No coordination with staff, if a patient is in the bathroom they should inform other staff members so my name isn't called while I am trying to urinate. read more

Receptionist here have bad attitude and speaks Spanish amongst themselves in front of me even though I don't understand Spanish as if they were talking about me (I think that's a form of verbal abuse, I should sue them ha) Waited 1 hr and then told me that I didn't have a schedule although I called earlier to schedule my appointment, obviously the person I spoke thru the phone to schedule didn't put my name in. As an employer that uses this company I can say without a doubt they are the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. My employees require very specific physicals by NY state and MobileHealth claims they are certified to provide them. But they NEVER provide the right documentation. Calling their office is an exercise in insanity. There's no receptionist and the directory by name just transfers you to a voicemail box without confirming whose it is. They do everything humanly possible to build and impenetrable wall around their staff. There isn't even a phone number for the individual locations, you are forced to call the corporate office where seemingly not a single human being works. My company was fined several thousand dollars by the state for having incomplete medical forms. The term I would use for MobileHealth is GROSS NEGLIGENCE. read more

Horrible. This place is chaos on top of chaos. There was so many people waiting in the waiting room. I went here because the recruiting agency I was working with recommended it saying that they will get the results faster which means I can start work earlier. They made an appt for me on Wednesday at 11am. I got there right exactly at 11. They handed me a form with a number on it and told me to fill it out and wait for them to call your number. I waited until 11:40 when I walked up to the girl at the desk who stated that it doesn't matter if you have an appt. It is based on what time you come in. I asked her then what is the point of having an appointment if you don't honor it. If I had knew that, I would have showed up at 8! The lady gave me some half hearted answer that it will be your turn soon, just sit and wait. Finally, around 12pm, they called me up to pee in a cup and do drug testing. After you pee in a cup, you then sit and wait some more. After another 15 minutes, a lady came and got me and had my blood taken. One star for this lady who was actually very nice and the fact that after they had charged my card and I noticed that they had charged me $27 for the flu vaccine even though I didn't need it, since I get it for free at my regular doctor's office, they did refund my money so one star for that. But then after the blood work, they had me sit in a back room to wait for the nurse practitioner to check me out which took another 20 minutes. Again the NP was very nice and knew I was in a hurry and was pretty quick. However, the whole process took 2 hours!! If I didn't need all these blood tests done in a hurry, I probably wouldn't go here and just go to my regular doctor. All in all, I would never return here again. read more
