I needed to get some blood work done and made an appointment on their website. Very simple to do and I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled time. There is a kiosk to check-in, inside the waiting room, The place was basically empty with only 2 people ahead of me. Right before I went to check-in on the kiosk, I got a text from Quest on my phone and all I had to do was click a link and voila, I was checked in! Best place to get your blood drawn! Most clinics I've been to have struggled with drawing my blood, supposedly because I have thin veins. Just to give an example, the last clinic I went to, there were FIVE different nurses and even a doctor who tried to draw my blood and all of them failed. I went there twice and just ended up wasting a total of 6 hours and left with multiple bruises and needle marks in both arms. So they recommended that I come to Quest to get my blood drawn since they themselves couldn't do it. And WOW! It took just 5 seconds or so for the phlebotomist at this Quest location to draw my blood, and it was the quickest and most painless blood draw I've ever experienced! I barely felt a prick and was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes (including waiting time). Highly recommend this place! I wish I'd gotten the name of the phlebotomist who drew my blood--she was so fast that I was stunned and forgot to ask lol, but I believe she's Chinese since she initially spoke to me in Chinese (I'm Korean). But I'm sure they're all expert phlebotomists here! Will definitely come back here the next time I need to get a blood test done! The check in process was a bit unwieldy because there's one iPad for everyone to check in and a bit robotic process, no human contact. But Carla, the phlebotomist, she made a big impression on me. She took them both my kids and did their Labs very quickly and efficiently and with a smile and reassuring them it's okay. Quest did not send blood test results to my Dr's office and sent an inflated bill the Cigna informed me not to pay the inflated bill. How can they even charge me a fee without notifying me the test results have not been sent to the Dr? Too difficult to get on their website to view the results In addition Phlebotomist does not take blood sample from the vein so each visit I had an unsightly clot on elbow pit. Came to this location for routine bloodwork. I had a later appointment but was accommodated as a walk-in in the AM. They state on their website that walk-ins are accommodated and with minimal wait time. This was disputed by the guy at the door who was doing temp checks and check in. Had I not indeed had a later appointment it seemed that I might not have been able to get service as a walk in. I waited, but not an unbearable amount of time. The phlebotomist ably took the blood from my vein. How could it have been better? There seemed a weird, unhappy, burnt vibe, devoid of warmth or friendliness, (and likely good leadership). I suppose I am comparing them, fair or not, to the recent overwhelmingly positive experiences of myself and all I've spoken to of friendly and compassionate care at vaccination centers from nurses to parking lot attendants. I carried this good, positive spirit to this visit but realized afterwards that it was not reciprocated at all. The phlebotomist was a charmless. humorless icicle not at all interested or invested in the humanness of the interaction between client and practitioner. Quick and fast service here for a lab test on a Saturday! Once you go inside, take elevator to 1A. Then step inside Quest and sign in via tablet. There are more than 1 staff working so the line goes pretty quickly. I must have only waited for 20-30 mins. There is water available and enough seats for everyone. There's a TV with the right side bar that lets you know when is it your turn to be seen. Clean and nice environment. The technician who took my blood test was very professional and found my vein right away. I was in and out of Quest for my lab test in just 5 minutes. I picked up vials for some samples to drop off the next day, was told to come in the next morning, and when I got there they told me they weren't giving me a guarantee that as a walk-in I would be seen. Please don't go! I'd like to give 0 star for this place. The first time we went to pick up the tubes, I was told by the lady that when I drop off I just click help button and then choose drop off and someone will come to take it. Today my husband went there to drop off, but the man from this place is so rude. My husband waited around 2hrs and was asked to keep waiting while other person who has same situation was allowed to go inside. My husband asked for the reason, the man staff didn't say anything. We're told the sample must be sent back the same day or at least the next day. Now, they rejected to accept it. We've to repeat the process to get new tubes. Please don't go this horrible place! update- more detail from my husband, three persons drop off around that time period. They all don't have appointment, the other two persons just knocked the door and left the sample. My husband also knocked the door, but was rejected to drop off without any reason. This place only gets 1 star because of their quickness in the waiting room and because the nurse was nice. Otherwise it would get none. I took my 16m old son here to have blood drawn since our pediatrician doesn't do blood work in office. It was the most horrible experience for him (and I). She stuck him over and over again (about 6-8 times and kept moving the needle while it was in his arm) because she couldn't find his vein, he was screaming and crying so much that my mother had to get a wet towel for his face to try to calm him down and keep him cool while I held him. She takes the vials and leaves, comes back a minute later saying the blood was no good and she has to do it all over again! I was livid. I said absolutely not and took my son, who was still hyperventilating so bad I thought he was going to pass out, and walked out. They said I could come back another day with him and they wouldn't charge me the copay but I refuse to go back there EVER. Worst Quest I've ever been to. She was very nice, but honestly if you don't know how to take blood from a child, please find someone that does. I will never recommend anyone take a child there. I must say that I've had to use this lab several times. Twice while pregnant and once for a routine blood test. The appointments have always been made with ease and my wait time while there was not long at all. The staff knew what they were doing and each time blood needed to be drawn, there was no poking and prodding - in and out in about a minute. All in all - for that type of an experience - it really wasn't that unpleasant. Except for the needle...... They are quick and professional and have always been very nice and amicable. read more

To begin, I made an appointment a week prior to the visit. I was then bombarded with emails and texts all week reminding me to confirm the 8:30 am Saturday appointment. I confirmed with no issues. The key is to make an appointment! You never know when you walk in how many people are there so an appointment will make sure its a quick visit. You walk in and they have a pad you can check in. If you have an appointment, all you need to do is put in you code or scan the QR code and that is it. You name pops up on the TV screen with the estimated wait time. If you are a walk in, you have to fill out some info but its not bad. I love the appointment especially for fasting draws because I tend to get hangry...lol. The tech that called us was quick and efficient. This time it was my daughter that needed a blood test and she is always nervous. The tech did a little paper work and started the draw. She was so fast that when I looked up from checking an email on my phone, she was done already. I asked was she done and she said yes, we took 6 vials of blood. I was pleasantly surprised! read more

I made an appointment prior to going at 9 am, and I was recieved at exactly 9 am! never happened to me before at any other blood test clinic. The lady who took my blood, named Carla, was extremely NICE AND WELCOMING. They over billed me for my visit to their facility. I gave them all my information, yet they send the bill to my parents' home. I spoke with a representative, and they explained that they were going to update my information, and adjust the amount. I only knew to contact them because of a phone call message left on my parents' answering machine. I received a letter today that reads as "Fourth Notice", although I have never received a written notice, up until this point. I have insurance that should've taken care of a bigger portion of the price. If this was the case, it should be explained to patients before going through with any procedure. I will have nightmares about the phlebotomist for months. I politely asked her if I could please lay down because I faint when I get blood drawn, and she barked at me to sit on the chair. So I did. In the middle of the first tube, I fainted. Woke up to find her sitting by the computer not paying any attention to the fact that I had just passed out. Will not go again I had to take my 4 year old for a lead test, the wait was quick but Id rather have a long wait than to deal with a cold pathologist or nurse or whatever she was. Naturally some adults cant even handle blood being drawn so when she took blood from my daughters arm and my daughter cried she had the nerve to ask me to tell her to be quiet!!! who the ##@$Q says that?? Then we get up no tissue or nothing she just sits down and says $25 co pay, I reached over her and grabbed a tissue wiped my daughters face. My mother went here, for Covid testing. She was greeted very nicely by the workers. They even called me to help her with some questions on the forms she had to fill out, as she was having a little trouble. They were over all very sweet and kind. It began to rain as she was to leave, and one of the women made sure my mother made it safely to her Uber, that I had called to wait outside. read more

I wish I can give 0 stars. This is my first time EVER writing a review. My experience in this location was the absolute worse on Aug 25th, 2020. I completely understand things aren't the same with COVID. However, I was treated very unfairly by Christle. I arrived as a walk-in for blood work for my 4-year-old son. When I arrived they told me the wait was 1 to 2 hours, I decided to wait anyway because I had to get this done before I returned to school. After 50 minutes of waiting, I was told to provide them with my cell phone number and leave. I asked her why I was told to leave now after I've been waiting for 50 minutes and she didn't have a clear answer. I didn't want to start any problems so I left. However, when I got to the car my phone died so I had to return to the clinic and provide them with my sister's cell phone so they can contact me. When I entered the room I realized I was the only one kicked out of the room, and even a walk-in who arrived over 30 minutes after me was still in the room and wasn't asked to leave. When I asked her why I was the only one kicked out she said she hasn't gotten around it (yet it had already been 10 minutes since I left). I gave her my number and left. As I was waiting in the car I saw the walk-in who arrived after me walk out. This made me very upset and I rushed to the clinic to question their actions and treatment towards me and once again they didn't have a concrete answer. I arrived at 11:50 am and they ended up calling me at 3:54 pm ( they close at 3:30 pm) but I had left at 3:30 pm. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE, VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE AND INCREDIBLY INSENSITIVE!!!!! The first thing you should know is I dread blood work. Absolutely dread it, so much that I once put off a blood test for a whole year. I was still going to my pediatrician at the time, and he sent me next door for the blood test. I was unprepared; no orange juice in my bag, no sugary snack to much on afterward. I knew given my past with blood tests and my lack of sugar for after, I was very likely to get dizzy. Since it was a clinic, I expected them to be understanding since this is what they do for a living. Boy, was I ever wrong. My mom came with me because we know I get very lightheaded afterward. Previously, when I had my blood drawn at a doctors office, I was allowed to lie down for a while. We expected the same here. I felt extremely jittery in the waiting room and matters were only made worse when I went into the room. I was told to sit in a chair that was right next to tubes of blood. Disgusting. I do not need to see that and nobody else does either. Those belong in some back room, out of sight. I tried explaining to the nurse how I get very nervous and would probably need to lay down after, but she basically shrugged me off. She had no bedside manner, right off the bat. She sort of rolled her eyes at my comments, seeming to think I was being a baby, and proceeded to squeeze my arm with that stupid band I hate. She didn't use a butterfly needle, which I thought was ridiculous given that every other person that has drawn my blood used a small needle. The entire time, I was on the verge of tears. I may have actually cried, I don't remember. She did nothing to make me feel better or take my mind off things. Just as I expected, after she was done, I got very dizzy and pale. My mom asked if I could lie down somewhere and wanted to ask her to bring me some water. Before she could even get the words out, the nurse had disappeared. She did bring me water... but water to dump on my head. She literally dumped it on my head. Full splash. Apparently, this was to prevent me from passing out. Um, there are nicer ways. So to top it all off, I had to walk out of there with wet hair, a wet shirt, and wet pants. Way to add embarrassment to my already dreaded experience. NEVER. AGAIN. read more

So this may be a long-winded story. We were offered a decrease in our health insurance from work if we took a diagnostic test, they came to my job but I could not make it that day so I had to go to a Quest center to get it done. Myself and someone else from the company made our appointments by calling the branch we wanted to go to directly and setting it up with an automated message. We both received confirmation numbers for our appointments and were set to go. He had his appointment set for the day before mine. When the time came for him to go they told him his appointment wasn't in the system because he had to call a different number and not the branch directly. Why would they take appointments directly if we needed to call a different number to set it up? Our appointments were no where to be found in their computer system, he gave them his confirmation number and they still wouldn't let him take the test. He asked if he could just take it without an appointment since walk-ins are available but they said no. He called me and told me this so I could call the different number and make an actual appointment. When I called the different number I told the guy my scenario and he said that if I have a confirmation number I should be fine, but I told him what happened to my coworker and then he looked in the computer system (after I asked him to) and saw I wasn't there! I had to make my appointment for a later time causing me to be late for work all because of bad computer programming. I asked the guy why I would be able to make an appointment and have a confirmation number if it's not even going to work and he had no answer. So I went for my appointment, I am not a fan of blood tests since I one time passed out during one so my dad came with me to keep me distracted while I was getting it done. I get called in (about 15 minutes late) and I have an Asian nurse who can barely speak English. She asks me what I'm here for and can not find me in the system. Now I go crazy! I told her my whole scenario and then she was telling me she can't do it because I need papers from the doctor although I told her I was not coming from a doctor it was for my insurance and they had people come to my job to do it but I couldn't make it that day. She looked again and eventually found me in the system. Now I am all worked up and even more nervous. She tells me to relax and then had the nerve to tell me I am spoiled because I am nervous and have my dad there to calm me down! She said to me "What are you going to do when you get married? Daddy isn't going to be there." She was just one rude lady! She was terrible at taking my blood and it took twice as long as it usually does since she could not find my vein! I was getting very anxious and she kept telling me to relax when she was hurting me! I was all sore and bruised after she was finished! The only reason I gave them two stars was because it was very clean and neat in there, but the service was horrendous! To add on to this, I was telling my friend about my story and she had a horror story from there as well! She had to get a blood test done there and she had gotten dizzy, she asked if she could sit for a few minutes after she was done and the nurse left the room came back and threw cold water on top of her head! My friend was humiliated having to walk out soaking wet and all upset! The people here and just rude and have no customer service!
