If you don't have time to read my whole review, just know if you need your cell phone repaired this is the place to go - Period. When my Moto G5 Plus wouldn't take a charge, I thought it would be a simple battery replacement. I called several repair shops around the Woodlands, but none would work on a Motorola phone. I found Mobile Cellution on Craigslist and figured I would give them a call. I spoke with Cameron who said he could handle the repair. I brought the phone into their shop, and he quickly diagnosed the problem - not just a bad battery, but a damaged port and some internal water damage (I am hard on phones). He ordered the parts that needed to be replaced and fixed the phone. I was back in business, and now have a vendor I will be using from this point forward for any cell phone or tablet repair work. Sent out requests for 4 quotes to replace a battery in an iPhone this was the best quote and the best and fastest customer service. They fixed my cracked screen protector free of charge and even offered me a loaner phone while I waited which was only 30 mins in case I wanted to go run errands. Shattered my iPhone today at work! A friend referred this company so I called and asked if they could fix it today. the lady on the phone said yes ma'am we can. when I got there I asked her how long it would take and she said 20 to 30 minutes. Had a cracked screen repaired, on an I-phone 6, work was completed in appx 1 hours time, and the price was reasonable. Also replaced a battery on an I-phone 5 for less than $25.00.
