Do not go here if you have the Samsung flip/fold phones. When I returned to pick up my phone for screen cracks on the front screen of my Fold 6, the employee returned my phone to me in FAR worse condition. My screen had minor cracks in it before, and I say minor because the screen was fully functioning albeit cracked. Upon return to me the front screen was missing CHUNKS, misaligned, jagged and sharp and no longer worked at all. The employee told me that the phone was "Unpreparable" and needed replacement, he even said that the front screens on the folds can be "very difficult". This led to me having to be on hold with the insurance agency for more than an hour and arguing with them about why I shouldn't have to pay the $400 deductible for a replacement. The service from both the employees was polite, nothing about them was unprofessional in general etiquette and interaction. Though if the employees would of informed me before that they would not be able to do the service instead of breaking my phone even further and shrugging about it... I wouldn't be leaving this review. Not only that when he told me the repair was "difficult" that states that he knew before he started that he may not of been able to do the service. Just say something to the customer and save yourself the trouble. There is no shame in knowing the limits of your abilities, especially if it pertains to an expensive item in need of repair. The shame is breaking the item further and having to nonchalantly present an "oh well" attitude about somebodies hard earned property being in worse condition than they left it for repair. read more

Had to go through all that again and still NO CALLS FROM THEM!!!! After speaking with you on the phone Wednesday I reached out to the District Manager and they reached out to the store. The store manager was diagnosing your device. Diagnostics take some time up to 2 hours. You then got upset when the host began working with another customer while the store manager was diagnosing your device. I do understand your frustration, but the store must continue to operate as a business. This continued to escalate and the store, with the approval of the district manager agreed to revert your repair and provide you a refund. Typically there is a non-refundable deposit on PC repairs, but they refunded you the entire amount except for $3.33, which they provided in cash. This entire interaction is recorded on the store surveillance. Looking through your case the device when it was dropped off was completely dead so they were unable to perform any incoming diagnostics. Saturday 10/5/24 I brought my MacBook pro laptop to have a battery replacement. When I got home I noticed three keys on my keyboard were not working, despite them working just fine pryor to my bringing it to the store for the battery replacement. When I traveled back to the store to inform them on 10/6/24 and hopefully get it fixed, Angelica and Noah were not helpful despite Noah being the one who initially replaced my battery. They both said that Chris had the final say of what could be done and that Noah would call me later that day once he had spoken to Chris. I did receive a phone call from Noah and the only options I was given was to have them put the old battery back in and get a refund or to buy a keyboard replacement. This cannot be legal, especially since I did not sign a waiver. My keyboard was not damaged when I initially brought in my laptop but NOW it is and no one is taking responsibility for it. Despite many negative reviews on Yelp, I still brought in my device thinking how hard could it be to just replace the battery? Apparently I was wrong. Between the lack of integrity, incompetence, piss poor customer service and no responsibility for the damage they caused , this location needs to be restructured with new management ASAP. read more

I brought my Xbox series X in about a month and a half ago. I told the tech that it cut off every 20 seconds to 30 seconds. I paid $50 for the diagnostic fee and waited two weeks. Then they told me that they can't fix it and they had to send it to a more specialized shop. Which took another two weeks, then I got a message which you can see in the comment or review. Stating that they completely broke my $500 Xbox that I had bought last year brand new and only used once to play star field. And now it can't be fixed, they said they would replace the item. A few days past and I called back just to clarify how long it's going to be because I didn't remember. They said it would take a few weeks because their district manager was on PTO. I was thinking why do I have to wait for them to come back for PTO I've already not had my Xbox for over a month. The employee got very rude with me and told me I've already been told how long it's going to be like I'm a child. Speaking of I'm 35 years old and I spent over 11 years in the army and I'm a disabled veteran. I don't have the money since I live on disability benefits to purchase a new Xbox unless I want to use a credit card. But since I'm already in credit card debt I don't want to pay for anything else unless I absolutely have to. I said that was unfair for me to wait too long, and then he said listen I told you I was sitting right next to him when he said a few weeks. I said cut the attitude out man, he said I'm going to hang up. So I said I'm going to call Corperate, I called Corperate then. Corperate was upset about the whole ordeal I told them what happened. They contacted the district manager to put in an order for a new Xbox. The way they had told me it was going to be a new Xbox. Because I did not want a refurbished Xbox or a used Xbox just so I could be in the same situation again. I bought that Xbox brand new and only used it for 186 hours to play star field. I didn't have a single scratch on it and not even one piece of dust on the fan or the system. I was not going to allow them to replace it with a used Xbox Which could've been used by a child. Never cleaned left on overnight you have no idea what could be wrong inside that console. So I waited another 10 days to get the Xbox, I went to pick it up today on September 3. I walked in and they had a used Xbox with dust all inside the fan scratches on the console. No controller no HDMI cable and no power cable. And then he tried to pon it off as a new system when I could clearly see it's been used for years. He got upset said I'm gonna go back and start working in the back and then left me out in the front of the of the lobby. I asked him with this be how he would want to be treated. And he said he doesn't feel one way or the other about it. Then he tried to say it was my fault and they never broke it. Basically calling me a liar and saying that I said it turns off every 20 or 30 minutes instead of every 20 or 30 seconds. I pride myself on being truthful and using dignity rather than anger or sarcasm. And honor is very important to me, I conduct myself in a professional manner and I expect the same in return it is the golden rule. I asked him what did you all do in repairing it, he used sarcasm and said do you work on anything or repair anything. I said I put a couple gaming computers together, I asked him did you test the CPU or GPU or the ram or anything. He said they don't do any of those things, I'm thinking do they do anything other than replace HDMI ports or thermal paste. I had to call the corporate office again Because he told me to leave the store because he will be taking a break. The corporate office again was shocked by what transpired. I had my girlfriend on the phone the entire time so she could hear everything when I was in the store. To say that she was less than happy would be an understatement. Now I have to wait for Corperate again to call me back to see if they're actually going to replace my Xbox that they clearly broke. So if I were you I would think twice about this place. read more

I've only been in the store once to get my phone screen fixed and that was a few years ago, the price was decent and the work was good. So when my PlayStation started having issues I decided to call them first and each time I spoke to this location they have always grossly overpriced the repairs I would need. I've called multiple repair shops after them and the difference in prices are honestly ridiculous. They're very quick to suggest and even more serious issue is the actual problem just to quote you an extremely high price for the same service you can get else where for much cheaper. Please do not take your device here. I came in after making my claim to asurion to get my front cracked screen fixed. When I brought in my phone the guy told me I had to fix the back of my phone since it was cracked too. I said I didn't care about the back I just want the front done. He said I HAD to do it because something about insurance says you have to fix it if there are 2 or more damages to it. I said ok how much he said usually it's 140+ but right now it's 70 something couldn't remember how much exactly. I said cool I'll bring it tomorrow when you have more time. I go up the next day and because asurion put in the wrong info I had to wait until they fixed it and did a new claim. I asked if I'd be able to just fix the back until they could do the front since that was what asurion covered and was waiting for the claim to be fixed. I asked for them to remind me how much the back was going to be they said 140+ I asked about the deal the other guy told me about he asked his manager they both knew nothing about it said I would have to come back in 2 days when the guy I spoke w about it worked again. He tells me for whatever reason he cannot give me that discount again. Nice. Went through with it anyways. Paid 140. Got my phone back. Later that night I realized my flash and front screen weren't working. Greatttt. Called them the next day asking if I could bring it in for them to fix since it was working before I took my phone to get fixed. Not sure how those 2 ended up not working if I only went in with cracked screens. He said if he fixes my front camera I would lose Face ID I said unacceptable both were working fine before I will not lose 1 or the other they needed to fix what they broke. He said I would have to go through asurion again. I called them set up a new claim to see if they could fix it and use a new screen. I dropped it off today and when I picked it up 3 hours later they told me a new screen wasn't going to fix the issue and nothing was fixed on my phone because there was nothing they could do. After they made me pay for the back of my screen to get fixed and they broke those 2 things they could do absolutely nothing. I said they should've definitely told me this could happen if not I would have never agreed to them fixing i would have just ordered a replacement. I would not recommend this place. Went to drop off my phone to get fix for free from the Samsung promotion for healthcare workers. I had scheduled a appointment with them on Saturday at noon. They told me the Samsung website was down and told me come back on Monday.
