Being short on time, and patience, to figure it out myself I decided to reach out and RepairALL was quick to offer their services. The good - They offered a free diagnostic and there was no wait time for me to bring in my PC. They had friendly and helpful staff. Their building was easy to locate and their fees were reasonable. Areas for improvement - It took a while for them to properly diagnose and repair my PC. Thankfully, I was not in a rush as I was traveling for work and had a backup PC to meet my needs. If one was in a hurry to get their PC back due to having no other options, I could see where a customer might get upset or impatient. I, personally, am not knocking them down on my review for this as it was not an urgent matter for me and I told them so. It's possible the lengthier timeline for me was due to the fact that I told them it was no rush. I would rather them take their time and do it right than a shoddy rush job. Overall, they did a solid job repairing my PC (typing my review from it right now) and really the only thing I'd suggest for improvement is maybe more proactive communication with the customer. I had to call in for status updates until the PC was fixed and ready for pickup at which point they sent me a text to let me know. I think a few more texts just letting the customer what's going on would likely improve the overall customer experience. I would bring my device(s) back to RepairALL since they repaired my PC and were friendly. If they improve on those little things it could easily be a 5-star experience.

I appreciated their willingness to give it their best shot and the professionalism with which they handled my questions and concerns.

I read the signage in the window regarding phone repair services, plus ALL the gadgets, watches and jewelry, etc- and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they also print T-shirts! :O I spoke with the proprietor about ordering 2 identical shirts with this Rainbow ROBOT design [see attachments]. He took special care to reproduce the bright colors and fine details in the image which I sent him by email. He had expressed concern that the colors might come out faded, but, it came out perfect! Here is a side by side comparison of the printed shirt and the original image file which I had found online recently. I wish I knew who created this superhero so I could give proper credit to the artist. Likewise, Bright Phone Repair gets major cred for an excellent print-job! $50 for 2 custom-made T-shirts is quite reasonable. [Support local businesses. After being quoted only $120 I drove 30 mins and he literally changed my screen in 20 mins only, well all this now makes sense because my phone will power on and off all day since I changed the screen.
