Don't buy a phone from this company!!! My used iPhone stopped working after just 3 months, and they didn't honour their warranty. I called about selling my older phones to them and was told that I had popular phones and to come in to sell them. I advised I would be there today or tomorrow. I live about 1.5 hrs away from the store, so I arrived a couple hours after the call. I was told that they didn't have any gift cards in stock, which is the only way they provide payment for the phones, so I was out of luck. I asked why they told me I could come in today when I called 2 hours before, and the response was "well, we had a card 2 hours ago" and a shrug. 1. Why was this store left with no gift cards if they were running low? Why did management not provide their employees with the tools they need to serve the stores customers? 2. Why did the employee I spoke with on the phone not advise that they were running low on gift cards? If there was any indication of a possibility that I wouldn't be able to sell my phones, I would not have made the 3 hour round-trip drive. But there was no mention of the possibility of issues, nor was I advised they wouldn't be able to complete my transaction if I didn't arrive shortly. Instead, this store wasted 3 hours of my time and a substantial amount of gas just to shrug at me. With so many mobile repair shops in Kingston, I'd recommend that you chose one that will provide you with accurate and pertinent information over the phone, and one that shows the slightest consideration for your time and efforts. That was not my experience with Mobile Klinik Kingston, which is why I recommend that you look elsewhere for your mobile repair and accessory needs. read more
