The practitioner will not receive any messages via email or thru customer service no fault of theirs. they simply don't get any communication from customer service platform. The counselors have questionable training, shaky ethics and often seem to bring personal bias to their interactions with clients. There is a streak of cruelty and a disingenuous quality to their advice. Record keeping is sloppy and test results lost. At one point they insisted that I'd never had a particular test, thus nothing to report. Some weeks later, the results miraculously surfaced. Sadly, many of the clientele appear to be extremely vulnerable folk with limited choices. I realized that I had a choice. I heartily recommend that you avoid Terros. This place is toxic.

Of course check in is on a smartpad. You know who struggles w that? Lots of people! Older people, people with vision issues, people w oddball medical plans, people with language barriers. But mostly seniors/older people. I watched an elderly man attempt to get help multiple times. I won't go into his personal details, but at least 7 people checked in before he was checked in. Someone at lab told me "times have changed" when I brought this up to staff, but there's a huge population that were not born in a digital age, that adopted technology when it was available, as adults. It's wrong- this digital gatekeeper way of running a business that involves humans- including the old and sick. Once in the back, I was treated well, as I always am by the staff at Sonora Quest. Professional courteous phlebotomist. Labcorp is even worse.
