My mom stopped in yesterday "I had the same guy that helped you, I didn't like him... he was dismissive" That's the word... he was dismissive. Considering we had to sit there for nearly an hour while he helped a family of four all getting new phones I expected a little better. Wasn't very helpful in helping me set up the new phone; didn't show me anything to do, basically just gave me the phone. He told me to do the survey on how he helped me today...my thought was: you're going to regret that. His customer service, maybe bedside manner(?) were lacking. Probably my poorest Verizon customer service interaction I've ever had. Do better.

My first visit, I turned around and walked out after seeing a queue of at least five people. Yesterday, there were two staff - one person assisting a customer and the second, assisting a customer and trying to greet new customers and manage the queue. With one customer ahead of me, it took 1.5 hrs to purchase a $15 accessory for my phone and have it applied. The demand for services grossly outweighs the supply of sales/support staff. To the owners of this franchise, you really need to do better. I prefer to support local business, but the next time I need something for my phone, I'll source from Amazon or an Apple Store

And it was a waste of $41.15! The IPad is now completely useless unless we can find the original receipt from 11 months ago! They factory reset it, but it was iCloud is disabled! Should have been explained before I spent that the money to factory reset it! We were in there for 1.5 hours, plenty of time to give us that information with them being the specialist!
