With the help of the Road Ranger ( who was also incredibly helpful), he took the tire off, switched tires for us to safety drive to the tire shop where he finished the job. Only 2 were ordered not 4 even though I was given a 4 tire price. What do you do? I ordered the other 2 and they were to be delivered 12/29 by 11 am and installed promptly . Got an alignment too. Promptly means by 5:30 pm. If you order tires call the store directly. I was told my order when to a call center. I said I called the north Naples store and was told it's a call center. This review is for Collier Goodyear South at 6220 Collier Blvd…read more I Went there the other day for an oil change on my 2016 Honda Pilot and they did their usual overall inspection. They advised me that the right front CV boot was leaking grease and the axel needed to be replaced. They showed me a picture of the CV boot and it appeared dirty. I asked if the boot was ripped and they said, "Obviously" that's why it's leaking grease. They wanted $681.00 to make the repair. I didn't let them complete the repair, because I didn't agree with their diagnosis. Later that day I brought the car to a certified Honda mechanic who inspected the vehicle and found nothing wrong with the CV boot, or the axel, but instead saw that the head gasket was leaking oil. That was the fluid that was on the boot. The mechanic completed the proper repair and advised me of a couple recommended repairs to complete in the future that Goodyear never mentioned. Goodyear completely misdiagnosed my car which could've cost me over $700.00 to repair the wrong issue. Unfortunately I can't trust them and will probably never go back to them again.
