An amazing young man called us right back and figured out our situation. He came as quickly as he could which was not easy as there are very few turn arounds on AA. With the help of the Road Ranger ( who was also incredibly helpful), he took the tire off, switched tires for us to safety drive to the tire shop where he finished the job. So after the oil change I drove to the main location on Domestic to have the tire repaired. I was told that I would have to wait about an hour for them to get to it for repair. I had no problem since I drove in without an appointment. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I noticed how nice and professional they handled their customers. Well after about an hour the nice lady working the front called my name and apologized for me having to wait an hour. That the tech working on my tire could not find a leak !!-- that the whole problem was found when he put the valve stem cap back on and that is when he heard air coming out !! I had a bad valve stem cap !!! She apologized again and said "no charge" !!! I gave her some "cross Pennie's" I made for her young family. She just had another baby girl about a year ago. I just left tire kingdom and only waited an hour. Six stations here and I noticed at least 8 employees all working a very good pace. This review is for Collier Goodyear South at 6220 Collier Blvd…read more I Went there the other day for an oil change on my 2016 Honda Pilot and they did their usual overall inspection. They advised me that the right front CV boot was leaking grease and the axel needed to be replaced. They showed me a picture of the CV boot and it appeared dirty. I asked if the boot was ripped and they said, "Obviously" that's why it's leaking grease. They wanted $681.00 to make the repair. I didn't let them complete the repair, because I didn't agree with their diagnosis. Later that day I brought the car to a certified Honda mechanic who inspected the vehicle and found nothing wrong with the CV boot, or the axel, but instead saw that the head gasket was leaking oil. That was the fluid that was on the boot. The mechanic completed the proper repair and advised me of a couple recommended repairs to complete in the future that Goodyear never mentioned. Goodyear completely misdiagnosed my car which could've cost me over $700.00 to repair the wrong issue. Unfortunately I can't trust them and will probably never go back to them again.
