My daughter's vehicle was towed here by Sparks PD. We called first thing in the morning and were told they needed a 30 minute notice to pick up our car. We called at 1:13 p.m. They told us their location and that we HAD 30 minutes to arrive. We arrived within the window. I paid the bill, in CASH. My receipt said 1:55. Our vehicle was clearly visible in the shop and easy to back out. The woman said, "oh, let me get someone to pull it out for you. It will be a few minutes." We went outside to wait. In the meantime, a pregnant woman and two children brought lunch. Tow truck driver came in and unloaded a non running vehicle blocking access to our vehicle (and he also left that vehicle two feet in the street, causing all others to have to drive around it!) At 2:25 I went in the shop and asked when they thought they may be able to pull the vehicle (that I had paid my bill in full on) out? Pregnant lady informed me they require an hours notice that I am not allowed to walk in. I said, "Ma'am. I, in fact, did call. I was told 30 minutes. I called at 1:13. It is now 2:25. That is well past an hour." She informed me my call came in at 1:22 and their priority is going to pick up wrecks. The person that I later discovered was her husband (I believe) came and moved non running vehicle and backed our car out at 3:00 p.m.--over an hour after I PAID my bill. When I complained. The driver called me a crazy bitch. The woman at the desk said, "Have a nice day." I am not really sure why I had to stand outside and wait for 45 minutes for the tow guy to have lunch with his wife and kids after I paid my bill. TERRIBLE service. TERRIBLE people. I will report to BBB. I also think Sparks PD, etc. need to look at their contractors. USE Milne. They are professionals. read more

I had an excellent experience and can't recommend Kris enough. My F-150 was overheating, and I wasn't sure why, as there was no apparent coolant leak, but the coolant was still getting low all the time. Strangely I always had what looked like water and oil dripping from the bottom of my vehicle. I called Kris, and he estimated he'd be at my place at 1 PM but got done early and came by to look at my truck. He was able to see dried coolant around the water pump. Turns out the *previous shop* to work on it had not put all the bolts for the water pump back on (something I honestly wouldn't think of looking for), which leads me to believe that when my engine is under load (towing) that I lose coolant due to evaporation from the gap where the previous mechanic either didn't bother to put the bolt back and or lost it. Kris got everything back together - all right at my house - and I was good to go; it's been over a week, and my truck has no more overheating issues or leaks. I appreciate Kris' honesty and promptness. I can't recommend him enough. read more

My AC / Heater had been making a loud noise all summer and I didn't want to take it to a mechanic because I don't trust them if I'm being honest. I feel like most shops see a woman and try to take advantage. I had used a mobile mechanic before, so I came to the Yelp community to get a referral, and found these guys. I had researched, watched some youtube videos, and diagnosed the issue on my own. I believed it to be a blower motor, and looked at Amazon to get one and found one for $60. I made the call to MM, and they gave me a quote for the blower motor replacement, and I paid $30 deposit and made the appt for that week. They had a cancelation, and called, and I got it done a day sooner even. The young man was on time, friendly and got right to work. He asked if they diagnosed the problem and I said I did and I got a raised eyebrow because what if it wasn't that? I said the part was only $60 and I could return it if it didn't work to fix the problem. I sat and watched him take out the glove box and reach in and remove the blower motor and attach the new one, and it fixed it! It literally took maybe 15 minutes! It was so easy, and I know now I could do that :) I should have tried, and saved the money, but I'm glad they came, and they fixed it. It was an additional $119 and I tipped him so it was about $150 plus the part cost. Kris was great, and I would highly recommend him for his knowledge, and fast work. The dispatch sent me the total due afterwards, and I paid online. it could not have been easier, and if you are like me, and have a healthy distrust of mechanics, breath easier and trust this company to take care of you and your car. Drug Abuser and unreliable service unfortunately. Kris, the mechanic came to my house, with his assistant, the job was to fix the check engine light. Kris told me to drive my car for a couple of days and see if the check engine light comes on and if it does he will put this other part in. They did a total of 30 minutes of work. I paid them for an hour and a half or so of work. Yet they decided they are not going to come back and finish the job as agreed.. The mother is on drugs, she text me 16 different times, called me five different times, and change her mind on the pricing four different times. With respect I called her out and said, hey, why are you calling me so much I already agreed to price via email. How it works is, they send you an invoice via email you put in your debit or credit card information and you agreed to a $30 down payment. I did that so I was not sure why she continued to call me. She sent me three different emails, and she had told me a reason for calling was things have changed, this is the new plan (her words). Three days went by, and because Kris is the son, he text me and said we're going to refuse the work we said we would finish. I said that's fine, can you please give me back my money I already paid you. No. No money back for me he said. I said, I understand you put on one part even though my check engine light went on and it didn't fix the problem, but we agreed that you would put on this other part, (mass air flow sensor). Mind you, Kris and his assistant we're only on the job at my house for a total of 30 minutes, and I had paid them for an hour and a half or so. So it wasn't like I got what I paid for. And it wasn't like they fixed my problem. And it wasn't like this was at all our agreement. We are keeping the money was his mother's and his final response. You see, this is the problem with people on drugs. They're iffy, they do the right thing sometimes but just cannot uphold, character integrity, and good faith business practices all the time, as a reputable business should and more times than not does. I gave them an opportunity to give me at least half my money back, because in all fairness they did do something despite the fact they were supposed to continue. However at the end of the day they didn't finish the job, and they didn't refund me any money. This could be you. On top of this, they wasted 3 hours of my time by calling me on Saturday and Sunday, along with the 15 plus text messages from the mother who has absolutely no mechanic or part knowledge. And honestly, I have no idea why she continued to call me because I agreed to the quote for the mother sent to me by email two days prior. But yet, she just kept calling. But this is what people on drugs do, when they need more money they try to make things up and see what else they can get from you. And I want to make this clear, I am no better or worse than them. I just wanted them to fix my car like you will. I'm not judging them for being on drugs. Everyone deals with something seen or unseen. But the thing is, I gave them a second and a third and a fourth chance to come up with a reasonable solution then make this right or no review or complaints with me filed. However, like people that claim their victim and on drugs unfortunately do, they ended up resulting back to their own selfish unprofessional means and keeping all the money. And in their mind, which is not in a right state of mind, they don't see anything wrong with that. This is what victims do, especially grown men and women that don't want to get the help they need. This is sad. So this part is for everyone reading, this mother and son business believes they could take advantage of you and get some more money out of you, they will. And honestly I never cared I agreed just wanted a mechanic to come to my house and take the burden of me having to go a shop. Having a mechanic come to your house is very convenient. I am trying to put up the proof of the text message Kris sent me, telling me what part to get from AutoZone or O'Reilly's, however, the add photo function is not working. Be that as it may, you hire these people, you well know exactly what I'm talking about right when you meet them. Good luck. Maybe maybe not it will work out for you. It was a 100% complete time waster for me, I wasted more time than the actual job would have costed or even took. I truly didn't want to relieve such a review, however, they gave me no choice. We own a 2007 Pontic G6, an older vehicle we kept it as it is in great shape and is a great road car. Recently my wife went out to start it and it would not fire up. I called Mobile Mechanic Services and they scheduled Chris to come by and take a look. Chris determined within a few moments that our fuel pump was not operating. He showed up with all of the tools necessary which was good as he had to drop our fuel tank to change out the fuel pump.
