But both my drives Zack & Brandon were nice enough to let me sit in their trucks while they did all dirty work. They were friendly and communicative on both my tows to my destination. Not only were my drivers incredible, Mia in the office was personable remembering my name, facts about my pregnancy and showing true care/concern for my situation. They never provided a single update to my roadside or myself, didn't answer my message checking in after they were later than the latest eta. Sent my phone call to voice-mail. Ignored my roadside assistance phone call to check in. I waited an additional 40 minutes before trying to call them again, they sent my call to voice-mail again. My roadside also attempted to contact them again before finally finding me a new service provider. I highly recommend finding another tow company if you actually need help and value communication.

Our Suburban wouldn't start this past week after taking it in to Champion Chevrolet for the same…read moreproblem 2 weeks ago (see my negative review for them) despite a brand-new battery. We knew we'd have to get it towed to a different shop (not going back to Champion - they didn't fix our problem the first time). The Suburban was stuck in our garage at the bottom of a steep driveway. We explained this to the tow company receptionist and she said she'd get her best guy on it. She was very professional and helpful. Zach came was also very professional and friendly. Despite a challenging situation, Zach got the surburban out of the garage and up the driveway with no damage to the vehicle or garage! Charges were totally reasonable also! Had a great experience. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!
