Even though the people that worked there were under a lot of pressure they were so kind and easy to deal with. I like this store and will be back. read more

Have been going there for years. People there are always pleasant. The lady owner is excellent and a Notary as well. The store pretty much has everything I need for regular shipping on postal service or drop offs for ups or Amazon returns. Or to get documents notarized. read more

Do not use UPS. I mailed a key fob to Alaska guarnteed next day air for $150. The next day and the two days after that the tracking website said Delayed due to weather. However the UPS website only had delays in CA and Ukraine. The package finally arrived three days later at 7 pm. I called this store and asked for a refund. They said they would call back, never did. I called and they said it was denied. I wanted to push it further and she said she would resubmit and call me back and i asked her for a corporate complaint number. She never called back. I talked to three corporate people at two different numbers. I was told i couldn't have a refund because the weather delay was probably prior to that date and they were catching up. However, i was told by a UPS worker that the delivery driver was written up for putting false scans on packages that he neglected to deliver. So not only does this store have crappy service, UPS does not stand behind its guarantees even when their employees screw up. Use FEDEX. read more

This location was very good about practicing 'social distancing' early on in the Corona virus outbreak, limiting number of customers in their location at one time. The clerks were very personable and helped me find the best boxes to ship some computer equipment across the US in after they saw what I had was too big for what I was shipping and would cost me more than necessary. They were quick and easy to get in and out of. I didn't have any difficulties here at all. read more

What a HORRIFIC experience!!! I went in and was told I have to wait while my package is wrapped, are you kidding!!! The only lady who has permission to wrap is busy! I wait! I will say the store is busy, while I am waiting 2 other customers needed their packages wrapped and one associate advised one customer to come back Monday!!! Unbelievable.... The other customer gave feed back this store is never accommodating! NO SHIT...! The older lady who is ok'd to package finally calls me over. I gave her my phone number and she asked all the questions that are on the computer as I regularly ship to the address on file. I walk out with my items, the hell with this UPS! I will take all my packages to UPS ON PINAL by frys! They know how to run a business! Damn owner on florence I'm sure doesn't care. read more

The lady with short hair is so unprofessional, I don't even know why she even works there. I dont know if she's the owner/manager, but if she is, she needs extra training or go work elsewhere. I placed an order with this location, on my order (document) was my customer's name. The order was under my name & from previous experiences with other locations, you ask who the order is under, in order for them to find your order. Well, this location dont care who placed the order or whose name it's under, they'll just find a name on your document & assume it's for that person. When I assured the lady that it was my order, not my customer's order, she responded rudely...which I then reacted to her accordingly. Go elsewhere, they'll probably treat you better. read more

The store was clean and one of the employees was nice. The other was slightly racist and spoke down to many of the customers as if they were an inconvenience to her day. I paid for some shipping and then was told it would be sent out the next day. I ask why and she told me it was after their mail delivery. I told her I would take to the post office. Thw price she charged me was higher than the price she put in postage. Sorry UPS, this lady and this store has ruined your rep for me. read more

What exactly is the point of having a UPS Store if you can't send a package using a UPS account number? I attempted to send a package UPS ground using a UPS account number and was told that they could not accept the package. That they did not have the appropriate paperwork to complete and would not be able to do anything until Monday?! That's funny, I left, drove down the road a bit to the Casa Grande Postal and did just that. If you want to ship a package, do not go to this store! read more
