The objection had to be served with proof of service to each individual, their attorneys and Family Court Services. The deadline was Friday, February 13th. I provided everything on Wednesday and paid rush fee. I provided a copy of the email as well with the instructions. I was told that proof of service was not needed. The website was horrible. It didn't allow me to upload anything from mobile and from the computer. I placed the order by email. The court server decided that they will not file proof of service for each individual. I told them multiple times that it was required. I added it to my order. As a result they emailed me on Friday, February 13th after 5:00pm and everything was closed that it was denied because there was no proof of service filed. They then proceeded at their own decision to file again on February 17th after the deadline and charged me again for it. I never placed second order. I never authorized second order. It's a ripoff! We needed the forms signed, notarized and shipped overnight from Long Island to LA. Thankfully, the owner is a loan officer, so he was able to assist in the process. Within hours, he went to the home, got the signatures and he completed the forms and had them shipped. We found he did his due diligence, following up with the agents to confirm everything was in play. He was responsive, accessible, clear and easy to work with.
