She was very unprofessional, did not read things before we were signing and did not go over anything. One of the sections needed 2 witnesses and she was one and my mother was one. When Ngoc left, I noticed that the witnesses could not be someone who was named on the Power of Attorney document. My husband called her back right away (within 5-10 minutes) to have her come back. She refused and said, I can try to come back later but will charge $60 bucks AGAIN! I'm pretty sure that when you get your license to be a notary, you need to take an OATH and for her to not go through anything we were signing and offer her professional expertise seems absolutely useless to me.
