About 10/12 stalls to vacuum and clean wipe your car after you run if they the drive thru car wash. I've had only great experiences here. Associates are really friendly here. At the end of ye wash machine you run thru. There's an associate there to quickly hand dry your car w a hand towel. They always running a great promo for car wash monthly services and you get a great value. Highly recommended. Fill up your gas and get a wash also. read more

I really wanted to give Bliss Car Wash the opportunity to resolve this before leaving a review, but unfortunately this has been going on for months with no resolution. I purchased a membership and during the wash, my shark fin antenna came off. I immediately reported it and a claim was opened. At first, the employee handling my claim was helpful and asked me to get estimates so he could work with their claims team. I did exactly that. I called around, went to different shops, waited for written estimates, and even tried purchasing an inexpensive replacement part myself in hopes that I could just fix it and move on. Unfortunately, the replacement did not fit, and because of the way the antenna was damaged, shops explained that repairing it properly could require going through the roof of the vehicle, making the repair much more expensive than I ever expected. What frustrated me the most is that I was genuinely trying to make this as inexpensive and easy as possible for everyone. I was even willing to find the correct part and install it myself. The original part that came off during the wash was also never recovered. Had I simply gotten my original property back in usable condition, I probably would not have continued pursuing this. Months into the process, a different operations manager took over my claim and told me Bliss would not fully cover the damage because of a disclaimer regarding shark fin antennas and because their camera footage supposedly showed that I moved forward before the light turned green. I explained that I moved forward because the employee directing traffic instructed me to do so, and the roller system also appeared to be having an issue at the time. I asked to see the footage myself, but I have yet to receive it. At this point, I wasn't even asking them to pay hundreds of dollars in labor. I asked whether they would simply reimburse the replacement part so I could try to handle the installation myself. They offered additional membership time, but after this experience I obviously did not feel comfortable continuing to put my vehicle through their wash, so I canceled my membership. I followed up again asking for an update and still have not received a resolution. I tried to be patient, cooperative, and reasonable throughout this entire process. I wasn't looking for anything extra. I simply wanted my vehicle returned to the condition it was in before going through the wash. Unfortunately, the way this claim has been handled has left me extremely disappointed. read more

I would've given it a 4 star, but EVERY TIME I go to this car wash.. it never misses!! My car is spotless when I come out of the tunnel and they even have someone waiting at the end to wipe down your car and excess water. The wait is never too long and they always have vacuums open. Car spent about 3 months outside in the elements and was extremely dusty and dirty. Got the basic wash for $10 and it did its job. Still some wet spots and dirty spots that didn't come off, but the car looks 100x better than before. The vacuums are also really strong and can pretty much pick up anything off your mats and floorboards. Very long line, but whole thing took around 10-15 minutes, which is way faster and easier than washing your car at home. read more

I came here because of the 5 star reviews... although it was quick and easy and i even had a free wash coupon upon downloading the app... it didn't do a good job of washing my car. I posted pictures where you can see endless streks it left. I ended up getting another car wash somewhere else because this didn't do the job. I believe the free wash was valued at $20 as well. If you can't get the job done in one go, what's the point? I will not be returning to this car wash place. Save your money and go somewhere else... they might be suffering from faulty machinery. read more

This is a really great little car wash! It's quick and super convenient! I love that they even come by afterward and dry off any remaining water spots on your car for a nice finish. The employees here are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. This carwash is also pretty affordable with a $10 option as the lowest. I went with the Sparkle this time and added tire shine. I believe the sparkle package is about $17. Over all pretty good deal! read more

Disappointed with Bliss Car Wash - Irresponsible and Unprofessional I've been a loyal customer of Bliss for a while, but after my experience yesterday, I'm seriously reconsidering. As I exited the tunnel, my entire car was covered in wet asphalt. Clearly, something malfunctioned -- and yet the staff on site did nothing beyond a quick power wash with plain water, which didn't help at all. There's still significant residue all over my vehicle. When I asked for assistance, the employees simply said to contact corporate and that a manager wasn't available. I called corporate this morning and was told to speak with the district manager -- and now I'm being bounced around with no resolution. The lack of accountability and professionalism is frustrating and unacceptable. Bliss needs to take responsibility for the damage and inconvenience they caused. I expected better. read more

All in all I like this place. Some good workers and a decent wash. I had to call corporate to resolve a double charge on my account. Something happened not a big deal. They at corporate fixed it with refund. Mike the manager is pleasant. They dry your vehicle the best they can before another vehicle comes out of the tunnel. Two workers drying would make this place great. What's bad is the tire shine it goes all over my truck by the time I get home. I always ask for it to be turned off.
