I watched the mechanic and he was moving like slow motion. From picking it up and picking a different one, and installing it, I was there for 3 hours. I didn't fuse. I had ordered 4 tires and made apps. to have them installed. Show up at 1pm for my appointment. The same guy was working on it, barely. Like, I did say something to a cashier. I nice. I asked if he had a physical problem that made him walk so slow. She didn't know. Almost 2 hours later I got my car, squeaky new tires and came back home. The Walmart app doesn't have any link for reviews? Of auto service? Wonder why.

I ordered a set of Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires for my Ford Explorer but Zeller's put on a set of Michelin Defender 2 tires. I was going to have them install the correct tire but after driving 1,800 miles on the Defender 2 tires I have decided to keep them. The morning after the tires were installed we headed out to Port Canaveral Florida and did not notice that the tires were wrong until we stopped for gas on the trip down. Was gone for 12 days so I could not reach out to Zeller's to ask about the tires. He is an 83yo man that was taken advantage of by this place, first they tried keeping his old tires that were worth selling as used, then 7mos later his left rear wheel came off on the hwy 41, went across the on coming traffic. Mind you these are very large tires that could have killed someone if it went through the windshield of their car going 45-50mph, not to mention he could have wrecked too and been injured. They are refusing to take responsability for it, saying it's been 7mos. I don't care, if they torqued them lug nuts to specs, it never would have happened. I'm pushing him to sue their asses for it, somebody could have been killed and they can't even fix it and cover the tow bill either. I wouldn't trust them to work on anything
