The refrigerator was not working they could get…read moreit working for a day or two then it would blow the refrigerator fuse then I would promptly take it back to them they had it for three and a half months of five that I owned it after five months still blowing fuses on the second or third day they finally came clean, said it was above them they could not figure out what the issue was with it I called lippart and forest river. The manufacturer deduced the fuse was not big enough for the fridge, I replaced the fuse myself! everytime we brought the RV home after they had worked on it there was other damage to the RV a cut in the floor, a ding in the sidewall scuffs in a plastic door it was never ending from now on I will just deal with the manufacturer forest River. I will say I had no issues with the sales people they did their job. My personal opinion would be to take your RV somewhere else to be serviced and save yourself a headache.

When my husband and I walked into the showroom/office, we spoke to someone at a desk, who nodded at another guy for us to talk to. This guy had absolutely no interest in helping us, and insisted that there weren't any camper trailers made that were under our 3.500 limit for our tow vehicle (which was also equipped with a transmission cooler, etc.) I asked if we could go look around and he said sure, help yourself. I googled several of the trailer models they had on hand as we walked through the lot, and found several that weighed a good 1000 lbs less than our limit. We walked in again to ask about some of those, but were ignored. So we walked out. Ended up buying a nice Aliner elsewhere.

Told the rate was 8.99 % interest but could be better with good credit but that was another lie it was over 9%. There are soft spots and leaks . Although sometimes you can't always have what you want and you have to compromise. So I listened to the guy's insurance that was in charge of covering my vehicle and they sent me here. After reading these 5 star reviews I knew my car would be in good hands. All that suspicion started to go away. The customer service was great, they explained everything they would do to repair my vehicle and a time estimate when it would be done. The reason they are getting the five stars though is that I did not expect my car to be done by now and in very good condition after they completely fixed the damage done to my rear end of the vehicle. I expected to get a call like next week. The reason I'm ecstatic is because you might not know but I did not take a rental during the time my car was being repaired by Glassburn. I was offered it by the insurance but because I had 2 other vehicles I said no thanks. I sort of regret not getting that rental now, since I went through 2 cars that had so many issues in the three days my car was being repaired. So as you can all imagine, when I got the news my car was completed today I jumped for joy. Ben at Glassburn surely made my day by letting us know the vehicle was done earlier than expected. Plus it looked brand new and they really took care of it. They cleaned the car inside and out and my wheels were all sparkly. I highly recommend coming here if you have an collision repairs needed. They dealt with the insurance company for me and even had my car back a couple of days earlier than expected. They did a fantastic job and detailed it in and out to perfection. Right after my car was all beautiful again, a valet company damaged my paint on the hood by parking it under dripping rust for 3 days. I brought it back to Glassburn Body Shop and Ryan took care of it at that very moment. What a total unexpected surprise and amazing service. Thank you!!!! I hope I don't have to go back.
