I was in a fender bender with the front-driver-side light fender and wheel being damaged. They found a replacement fender at a local yard which they repainted exactly to match on all sides and edges. They found a replacement wheel and headlight which matched exactly.
The wheel alignment was done at an outside shop. According to an automotive engineer friend the alignment wasn't perfect, but almost. I cannot tell the difference, and the car had a minor alignment issue to begin with so I can't fault them for making it better than it was when they got it.
I chose Blackburn because it was very close to home and they were able to start working on it in just a few days and they could get it done in one week. I got estimates from a few other area body shops and found they were not able to get to my car for a month! Blackburn's estimate was in line with the others, I thought it would be fine for my 11-yr old car.
I could not be happier with the excellent repair done on my 11 yr old car. The paint matches perfectly. The wheel matches perfectly, it looks too good compared to my other 11-yr old wheels.
Don't be fooled by other body shops that give you a lot of fancy paperwork with silver stars and fancy writing. None of that matters, and all that is garbage that ends up in the trash. What matters is how good the work is. Blackburn's was fast, efficient, communicated very well, got the work done when they said they would, at a fair price.
