Doug was my salesman and he was very informative and helpful after asking him a bizzillion questions I knew I was making the right choice. Also I highly recommend buying a spare. God forbid you're on the go and get a flat. Don't worry, Doug has it all incase you don't! The main reasons I chose my 6x10 is the build quality is top notch! No questions needed, I took one look and knew! (I still asked all those questions though! lol But mine has, LED lighting, serviceable hubs with zirc fittings, 15" radial tires, thick steel, the gate is even spring loaded. I mean this thing over built, if ya ask me. Trailers hold their value if don't trash them. This will be worth 80-90% of its original price. More if steal and lumber keep goin up. Communication was great until I discovered that the TPS monitors were not reset in my after market…read morerims. I know gas is high BUT it's ridiculous to purpose a return fee because the TPS weren't attended to during the initial appointment. Everything is different, so when I made contact a day after installation to inquire about the TPS being reset because the light on my dashboard tells me that the pressure is not registering . I realized that you had assumed that the TPS would reset themselves, well Dan they didn't and never have. Lastly, I was angry when he mentioned that lights on the dash board won't hurt the car and that other people drive with lights on theirs. I don't care what other people tolerate, that's not my cup of tea. I keep my vehicle how I want it PERIOD. Light free dash! Would you mention that to a Dublin or Upper Arlington customer?
