I coordinated with the shop currently servicing my car to have it on a lift specifically so Ultimate Alloy Repair could complete the work efficiently. On the day the rims were scheduled to be picked up, I received a text message stating that their technicians could not work on that type of rim. There was no prior indication this might be an issue, and no phone call--just a last-minute text canceling the job. This not only disrupted my plans but also impacted the shop that had allocated lift time based on the agreed schedule. I understand that technical limitations can arise, but discovering this on the day of pickup--after pricing and scheduling had already been confirmed--was frustrating and avoidable with proper upfront assessment and direct communication.

I'm the type of guy who takes care of his vehicle, it's kept clean, interior and exterior. I try to park away from the general population in most places. And I always try to find a corner parking spot. After a great dinner I pulled out of a corner spot I found in the restroom parking lot. I didn't realize how close I was to the curb and I turned my wheels as I backed out. Only to hear and feel a grinding noise. Instantly, my heart sank in my chest because I knew I had just scratched my right front 21" black alloy wheel. Having to face my fears I walked out to find two scratches. Luckily I searched and found Allow Wheel Repair. A mobile wheel repair service. I called, made an appointment, and prayed for the best. It turned out better than I imagined. Albert sent me a text the night before to confirm. I met him at an open parking lot. He was on time and as he pulled in with the trailer in tow it seemed like a knight in shining armor. He inspected the wheel and said "no problem". It won't take more than 30 minutes. He pulled the wheel out, sanded smoothed the scratch. He then went into the paint booth room of the trailer and a few minutes later he returned with the wheel painted perfectly to match the color. It's as good as new! Thank you so much Albert!
