After getting my truck home, I notice a clunking / metallic sound coming from the under carriage. I called Steve's and spoke with Jason who advised me to bring it back in, which I did after the weekend. They confirmed the noise after a test drive and determined that bolts were loose on the transmission mounting bracket. They rectified the problem without charge. It was a hassle free experience, except for the problem itself. How the bolts came to be loose, I don't know, but the issue was handled. I have been going to Steve's for my service needs and they are always courteous, professional, and honest.

I called Mitch up, he picked up on the first try, he listened to the problem, said "Give me 5mins to check if the guys are still at the shop" and 2min later he confirmed I could go get help.
