They put 10 pounds over the maximum amount of air pressure allowed into all four tires, my tires were ready to burst, blowout, trying to kill my whole family on the freeway. Also, they couldn't be bothered to put my valve stem caps back on which actually play an important role in tire life spans! The young man had us quickly up on the rack where an older well experienced gentleman did a thorough check for a problem. He assured us there was nothing serious wrong just a rock that had kicked up. Although they knew we were from out of town, they did not want to charge us for their time and knowledge. We insisted they accept a few dollars for a beer after work.
