Services was good I really liked the place unlit the nightmares began. I went there and spent $380 on brand new 4 tires on my commuter car that gets me to work to support my family. Though this was honestly tire shop. Then the next 3 days I get a blow out because of a faulty tire. And they told me they can't do nothing about it! Horrible customer experience. Wasn't even offered a discount or anything. The least they could've have done. Just glad I didn't get into a accident because of it. I got two new front tires for my all-wheel-drive vehicle back in October 2025. I've been having issues with my car over the last couple months come to find out after I took my car to the dealership they had sold me two tires that aren't even the same size for my all-wheel-drive vehicle and they put them on the back not on the front which I originally paid for. I went back to Mccoy tires they were thinking as a woman, not knowing anything I was educated on the tire size tire and year. They told me there was nothing else they could do that. The dealership did not know what they were talking about that the tires are the same size I had pointed out that the tires are not the same size for our all-wheel-drive vehicle. I will not be taking my business back to Mccoy tire we have been going there for years supporting small businesses, but after this, he had told me that they're hurting for business and he just can't give away free stuff. Have been doing business with McCoy for over 50 years. Always before, we had great customer service. Today the employee that helped was rude and the front desk was even worse. Noticeably higher price to replace a tire, from just last summer. When asked why the other 3 tires replace last summer were leaking, we received no answer. Did the management/owners change? I went here because it was recommended by a friend. I was hearing noise when I backed up my car. I thought it might be my brakes. They looked at my brakes and said they still had 70% left. I've been using this awesome, locally owned shop since I moved here years ago...tires for my Taurus sedan and the suspension and brake services for my old z71 Chevy truck more recently. I love spending my hard-earned $$ on local businesses, but I would travel for this place. The customer service and more importantly mechanics/expertise/work done is literally the best money can buy. Shawn and Randy and everyone getting dirty in the trenches up to the ones running the joint, just a top-tier operation from start to finish. When you are talking wheels/brakes/steering/suspension, you need to trust the folks doing the work, and I would trust these folks to watch my dog. (that's pretty huge) Shawn really took a good look at my old truck and found some other necessary ABS safety repairs that he did for cheap, he used my Moog parts/ball joints(that I also ordered locally, who recommended McCoy look for that review) without complaint, and had my truck back to me the same day. The alignment is perfect as well as the toe-in and camber, the handling and braking is as good as a 1996 truck can get honestly. Thank you Shawn and the rest of you folks. Worst place ever been to for an alignment just due to the fact they took over an hour and a half to align the vehicle, ending up killing my battery they had to jump it, and even tried jumping it through the alternator at first, causing problems with my starter a week or two later, unbelievable. Would definitely come back to McCoy tire! While changing the break pads on my car whoever rotated the tires last over torqued the treads on the studs and we sheared them off. This has happened before and it was almost $300 on the east coast (where labor is MUCH cheaper) to fix. I took it to McCoy to replace 3 of the studs and they communicated well with me about what parts were needed and how they obtained the parts, and were honest with pricing. I brought it in with 3 broken studs and they ended up having to replace 4 for $160ish. Very reasonable for the amount of work it took to fix. So grateful to McCoy tire. read more

My 03 dodge quad cab started to veer to the rite Scott inspected it and said I needed upper control and ms and lower ball joints the repair and alinement was very quick my truck rides amazing now I don't think it drove like this new also replaced my rear brakes on the same visit this is a great store I prefer the 9th street location I like the crew and service and have never been sold anything I didn't need very honest and reasonable shop and the work is always done correctly the first time I highly recommend McCoy tire , and thanks for getting me back on the road safely !! read more

One of the best experiences I have ever had at a service shop. I needed a brake job before my trip in a few days and the Subaru dealership didn't have appointments for 2 weeks. I went ahead and did a quick search on Yelp and McCoy was the first one on the list. I went through their reviews and noticed some of the recent reviews were praise for walk-in service, fast service and a shop for the people. One thing to note is the website says 730 but everywhere online and the door says 8am. They are very prompt though. I showed up walked into the tire lobby and was greeted instantly. Asked for brake service and was directed to go to the building across the way for that type of servicing. Scott was behind the counter and got me on the way. I asked if there was time to get me in and he asked if I could leave the car with him. I asked about what time I should expect my car to be looked at and he said right after lunch if not sooner. For me, as long as I was able to get in by the end of the day I was winning so I was ok with it. I received a call around 11 explaining what they found, what they confirmed and a couple of paths forward. I was prepared for full service front and rear but was suggested to only service the rear and partial the front. I was ecstatic and asked if we could get it done today and he said we'll get started right away. Right around an hour later Scott had called and said my car was ready for pick up. Not only was it under the cost I was expecting but it was a huge relief knowing that they were able to get my brakes done in less than a day. When I showed up for pick up I went to the service area and was pointed back to the other service area, when I got there I was pointed to the cashier counter. Im sure next time I go there I wont be as turned around trying to find my way. The service was outstanding, check out process was seamless and team working was very warm and welcoming. Without a doubt my new favorite shop in the valley and will definitely be the first call/stop if and when I need servicing. McCoy is the definition of under promise, over deliver. read more

My cars breaks were on their last leg and I'm taking a trip next week. My fiancé called this morning hoping he'd be able to get everything fixed in a timely manner. I read recently that tires are the most underrated & unappreciated parts of the car, while being one of the most important. True that. I know this for a fact, because 1: I'm a girl, & 2: because it wasn't until I was told that it was time to replace my tires that I gave them any serious thought. All too predictable, I know. My initial experience w these guys was for a routine wheel alignment. It was smooth, quick, & easy. I know I'm not alone when I say that I wasn't looking forward to the expense of having my tires replaced. Sorry guys, but it's especially cringing for us ladies. 600 bucks a pop? That puts a serious dent into the shoe budget, you know? After all, those gorgeous stilettos I've been eyeing at Nordstrom aren't gonna walk themselves. And, we'd rather have the shoes. But, then I realized that tires are like shoes for my baby. So, if baby needed new shoes, then that's what needed to happen, asap. Of course, the fact that my friends told me how important it was to have the new tires installed before the rain starts helped, too. I brought her in to be outfitted, but the tires needed to be ordered. I was told that they would arrive the next day. Wow, that soon?! When I order shoes, it would be really nice to get them that soon...never happen. Just as promised, I got a call the following afternoon telling me that my tires had arrived. And the next day, the job was done & we were driving away in just less than an hour. Front door service (they pulled her out & had her all ready to drive away for me), fast service, & friendly service. All without sacrificing professionalism. 5 stars. read more
