When I came to pick up the truck the exhaust didn't look right. It was hanging low and slanted from side to side. A week later while driving the left side fell completely off! I texted Biff for help and to this day has not bothered to respond. I sent him pictures and asked for a refund on the installation. Nothing. No return call or response. I would think twice before having FTW work on your car.
