Manager replaced screws, I went to replace the air filter myself today and the screws are all different sizes and thread pitches. My most recent experience with them was a request for maintenance history. I'm dealing with an issue with my extended warranty on my 2021 gmc. I spoke to Shane, general manager, about getting a copy of my last service with them. Shane went out of his way to not only track down the invoice but also sent me a copy of my vehicle's overall maintenance history AND Chevys requirements for oil changes on my vehicle. Something that the dealership was unable to provide. Above and beyond for customer service.
