Manager replaced screws, I went to replace the air filter myself today and the screws are all different sizes and thread pitches. My car leaked oil everywhere and when I went back to see if it could be fixed, they blamed my car manufacturer instead of apologizing for the inconvienience or taking any responsibility. I had to go to my mechanic and get a new oil pan (even though the one I had was newly installed) and it was extremely difficult to get them to honor their warrenty. Unprofessional. I took it back and they said there was nothing they did that was leading to this, except maybe a wrong side sealer. They swapped the sealer and still my car persisted to leak oil. So I took it to my mechanic where I was informed that there were already two cars with issues stemming from bad services given at Jiffy Lube. I waited for my car to get serviced. And found that this is the new washer they used to tighten the drain plug! Completely unacceptable, thank god I didn't blow my engine from this complete joke. I took the washer to Jiffy Lube for an explanation and they had nothing to say. No apology, no empathy, no accountability for a terrible job. Beware of taking your car here.
