It's a difficult for me to accurately describe the complete transformation my vehicle went through in just a couple hours. I can't say enough good things. First, I contacted Ismael with a somewhat random request to do a mini-detail out of the blue for a vehicle that I'm preparing to sell. I had purchased a new vehicle just two days before and to make space, needed to sell the old as soon as possible. Not only did he come the very next day, but when I returned home after the work was completed, I was completely taken back by the quality, insane attention to detail, and mind-boggling preparations they went through to make the vehicle look great. When I say the vehicle looks brand new, I can't imagine it looking any better on the dealers' lot back in 2007. This was a large BMW X5 with lots of little scratches and dings on the exterior an throughout the interior, all of which he made completely disappear. Secondly, the communication was great and the final price he asked for the work was below the price I had expected. I called this place for full auto detail inside and out and was quoted over the phone $30 for the detail and $25 additional for a good wax. I was told this included a fully wiped interior with vacuum and upholstery cleaning. When i got out to my car when the man claimed to be done the inside looked like the glass had been wiped and nothing was vacuumed! I told the man over the phone the reason for the cleaning was to remove dirt from the inside from a camping trip. When i contacted Ismael he responded by text that my car was in bad shape and he should have charged me $120. He also said shampoo is not in the price of the detail even though he told me over the phone that would be done.
