I'm honestly very dissatisfied and disappointed with this service. I liked the interior and the initial results -- everything looked good at first. However, the next day I noticed a lot of streaking on the windows -- not just a little, it was very noticeable and all over. I've had my car washed in the sun/heat before and never experienced anything like this, so that explanation didn't sit right with me. It felt more like an excuse than an actual reason. When I reached out, Allen said he would "see" if he could come back and fix it, but he never followed up, showed up, or even sent a message. The lack of accountability and follow-through completely changed my experience. What started off as a good first impression ended up being frustrating and disappointing. I searched around on yelp for a good mobile detailing service and none of the quotes seemed to match the service I would receive. Most quotes were around 200-300 dollars. Seems to me those services are trying to take advantage of the current times rather than offer an honest service. I ended up scheduling with All Things Mobile because they were priced around what I was used to spending at a detailing place and because the owner was super responsive and kind. They did both my car and my friends with good timing. They also ended up dealing with some annoying drama from other residents in my complex but were super mellow about it. The cars turned out great and the whole experience was enjoyable. Also, turned out one of them was from the detailing place I previously used and loved! I highly suggest them! Don't pay $300 for an unresponsive service who is obviously taking advantage of both the COVID crisis and previewed south OC money.
