My car has been sitting more or less for several months because I haven't been going much of anywhere BUT after my little guy managed to smear mud allll over my passenger side door at daycare pickup one afternoon, I realized it was probably time to wash my car. I'm a huge fan of hand car wash but I'll admit I'm too lazy to wash my own car. Again. That's just me being honest. So decided to schedule an appointment and it was so easy and a great decision. I used their website to make my appointment and it was very user friendly - information pertaining to the different services they offer were available and there was also information about how they are handling COVID along with safety measures they put in place. The location isn't far from my home but to be able to work from home and have your car wash by someone else as to not interrupt a busy workday was a wonderful thing. Once I made my appointment, I received confirmation of my appointment via email and was excited about getting my car sparkling again. The day of my mobile appointment, I received a text letting me know the ETA and I really liked that it was very easy to communicate with this business and the person handling their text messages was super nice. There were two guys that arrived at my home about 10 mins before my scheduled appointment, one rang my doorbell to ask for my keys and he let me know about how long it would take for them to finish. Oh and they both were wearing masks. About an hour and some change later, I got another text letting me know they were finished and I paid via Square with my credit card. The pricing was awesome as I was able to get my interior and exterior cleaned along with a wax andddd it was done right outside my front door in my driveway. I'll definitely be making another appointment soon as I was just amazed by how clean my car was and even my husband mentioned it looked like a brand new car. Mobile Wash Express comes to my house on time, every time I schedule a wash. I have a pickup truck and a Rav 4 and they are able to knock both out in no time, considering how much work and attention to detail they put in each wash. I get the deluxe and it is the best value of any car wash I have done because not only do they come to me, they vacuum the whole interior and shine my tires and rims for under $35. Customer Service: I had a few questions regarding a service that I was selecting and Michelle responded via Yelp messages with 5-10 minutes on a Sunday. Detailing Services: Morris and his team did a fabulous job washing and waxing my SUV. My interior leather is white and they were able to remove those annoying blue jean stains from the seat. I am also very picky when it comes to cleaning the interior windows since most car washes do an average job removing the scum/haze. Morris and his team spent a good amount of time working on the windows. The attention to detail that MWE provides is great. Overall: I would highly recommend Mobile Wash Express because they do a terrific job detailing your vehicle, customer service is quick to respond and provide updates & the service is mobile so they come to you vs. waiting in a queue at a car wash. The prices are in par with the regular car washes so why not have the service come to you? read more

They were over an hour late to the appointment and I had to reach out to THEM to understand where the tech was - The cardinal sin of customer service is the customer having to reach out to the service provider when the action should have been proactive. I can't say enough great things about Morris and Mobile Wash Express. I was able to quickly make my appointment online with a range of dates and times to choose from. I promptly received confirmation of my appointment as well as a reminder text the day of. When Morris was running a tiny bit behind schedule, I was given an update as to when he would be arriving. Even though I was working from home, it was nice to have that information. Once onsite, they worked quickly and carefully. Morris did a walk around with me after the service to ensure I was happy; he even found a spot that I missed and made sure everything was perfect.
