The station was clean, but I must admit that the machine was a bit difficult to navigate. There were likely instructions that I simply missed however there was someone finishing up next to me that was nice enough to walk me through it. The shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. The dryer had a low and high setting which was nice. I was able to walk right up to an empty station upon arrival. When I looked up when I was finished, there were at least 4 people that had formed a line behind me. I was leaving around 11:30 am. This might be the busier time of the day so you may want to consider arriving a little earlier. Note: Duchess wasn't as impressed, but it was no fault of the wash station!

Going there around 11am today, I drove around per their signs, waited for someone to come to the lane offering Full Service, not self service drive through. No one came to take my money. Sitting there, I called their telephone, no answer, I got their voicemail. I had to back out of the lane, turn around to go to the front of their building entrance. No designated parking spaces unless I wanted to pack by the self service vacuums. I went inside, finally a young man asked if he could help me. I told him I wanted the Full Service wash (I'm in my 70's and handicapped). He told me there were only two employees there, including himself. So no Full Service wash. I ask When the best time to get it done would be And he gave me the Same Hours as I was there at the time. I'm unsure How they can have good reviews, except it must be only from those SELF SERVICE customers. DO NOT ADVERTISE A SERVICE UNLESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY PERFORM THAT SERVICE. With only 2 employees, how in the world can you expect to stay in business?? I certainly won't darken your door again. What a waste of my time.

As you can see from the pictures the wash begins at $2 or 8 quarters and the vacuum or carpet shampooer for $1.50. For $2 you get 3 minutes and during that time I usually pressure rinse brush rinse and wax my baby! Then sometimes I need to vacuum sometimes I don't. I don't need to worry about my vehicle getting scratched which happened before. Additionally I control the soap or use none so I keep the high gloss shine on my vehicle. Be sure to bring change in quarters or there is a coin changer for ones gives and tens (note no twenties)! Everything has been well maintained on my visits and kept clean. It's my go to car wash place!!!

Contacted him on March 12th to confirm what time he would be arriving on March 15th. I was told around 9am. March 15th 9am comes and he doesn't show up nor contacts me that he's running late. I text him at 9:25am to ask his ETA...no response. At 12:22 he responds "sorry I missed today". Then at 2:15pm he responds again, I'm sorry I couldn't do it. I was in a situation. Can I come next week. My entire Saturday morning wasted sitting around waiting for him to show up and he couldn't be bothered to contact me or respond at any point during the morning to tell me he couldn't make it. If this is the kind of service you are wanting or looking for then he's your man.

Seeing the extent of the staining and red clay in the carpet, he had to revise his estimate, but it was fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. He has a truck that has a steamer on board and was able to steam clean the entire interior and WOW!!!!!! it looks and feels like a new car. And the smell is GONE!!!!!
