Wow! Just wow! Came here for professional cleaning for a car. The guy said he wouldn't give me an estimate until AFTER he cleaned it and he didn't want to do it until the end of the day. Like WTF. I was willing to pay up to $200 and he talked himself out of the detail cause he was NOT confident he couldn't get the dog hair out and wanted to TEACH me how to get dog hair out. Sir I'm here cause YOUR the professional I just would like to pay to have it done. Turned out he just didn't want to do it today. It was 2pm by the way. Took my other car over for an oil change...oops nope can't do that. They didn't have supplies. No AC in the building where people wait, no available water unless you want to pay for it. Cause the water machine is broken. So this is a place for a quick wash. Not detailed cleaning. read more

First time at One Stop Car Wash & Oil Change on Saturday and probably my last. I arrived for a car wash. There was a bit of a wait, but that wasn't an issue for me; however, if you are in a hurry, this may not be the place for you. When it was my turn, I asked the differences between the $30 and $35 car wash. I was told the $35 car wash included a wax seal on the exterior of the car and the $30 car wash did not include a wax seal but included the cleaning of my tires, exterior and interior. So I opted for the $30 car because that was all I needed. After your car is washed, you go to an attendant to get your exterior and interior cleaned (tires wiped, car wiped in the inside and outside, and vacuum). I waited for them to finish cleaning and I went inside to pay. The interior of the building is due for a makeover. The snack machine is empty, water didn't look clean and seating was limited. As I went to pay, I asked if they had Apple Pay. They stated they only take card or cash. Unfortunately, I had neither and wasn't told this in the beginning. Most businesses these days have Apple Pay. The reason for the two stars are because the ladies allowed me to run to get cash and come back and pay. I didn't mind doing that and kept my promise. However, once my car was done being "cleaned" I realized it didn't look like anything had been done to it. Trash was still visible, dirt on the inside by the gas pedal and brake area, and tires were still dirty. When I came back to pay, I mentioned it to a young lady and she was willing to vacuum the inside and clean the tires. She did a decent job and I was appreciative of her willingness to help but it still wasn't to my level of satisfaction. I also asked if the mats would be wiped and told it would be $2 per mat. This was interesting because most car washes would include this along with the interior cleaning. Nonetheless, I paid it but it was still very odd to me. After it was all said and done, I had spent about 2-3 hours dealing with the whole fiasco of getting my car washed, obtaining cash, and waiting for my car to be cleaned a second time, only to get home and spend another hour cleaning my tires and the interior of my car (and my car is not at all extremely dirty). Overall, this experience left a bad impression on me and for those reasons, I would not recommend this place nor return! read more

One Stop is a fantastic wash. I stop in about once a month and get the basic drive thru wash which is the best in my neighborhood. I don't do my own detailing, but there are always folks out doing their own post wash cleaning and vacuuming. read more

One Stop Car Wash is located on East West Connector, not too far from the Powder Springs intersection. For the most part, One Stop is your standard car wash offering tiered selections from basic exterior washes to full body/tires washes, as well as interior cleaning and even waxing. Here you pull up to the car wash tunnel and you are greeted by an employee. They take your order and collect payment before sending you through. The gentleman that helped me was decently nice, no small talk...but after all, it is a car wash...get em in and get em out. Depending on the wash you get, once you are through the actual wash you are waived down by the employees who will finish your wash. I believe even with the standard wash, they will still dry your car and get any spots that may have been missed. I happened to purchase the $20 wash which came with extra tire/wheel treatment. I pulled around and they quickly got to work, only taking about 3 minutes to hit my tires/wheels, as well as drying my car off. If you are having more done, you can wait in the lobby or outside of your vehicle. I decided to just hang out in my car while they did their thing. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of the wash. Even though I got a basic wash, the extra touch of having actual hands touch and complete the final wipe down and tire shine really made a difference! I don't live close to this location, but when I am in that neighborhood, you best believe I am about to swing through to clean the ole Explorer up! read more

My friend needed to stop by the car wash to get his Subaru hatchback washed. He comes here often and gets the $30 level, and I see why because they do an excellent job cleaning the car. The car wash itself is very unique because they have different LED lights flashing as you go through the car wash. Once you go through the car wash, you then go to the drying station where they have staff wipe down your car and vacuum it out for you. They do a very good job!!! I am visiting from Indiana, so unfortunately I cannot take advantage of this car wash. I was impressed with the service and quality of the car wash. If I lived in the area, I would definitely come here to get my car washed on a regular basis. read more

Great full detail and car wash location. I have been coming here for years and it is always great to see familiar faces. One of few places in the area where you can get a full detail and not just the "membership" do it all yourself. Robert is great and always takes care of my car. Today I got a hand wax, carpet cleaning and seats treated. They did a great job. As long as they offer full details I am a loyal Customer. If I have to do the work myself I will just do it at home. My car is just not clean, the seats were Not wiped down, the passages side was not vacuumed property. The last time I had to take my car back for the same issues. They did such a better job in the past. I am done and will find a new car wash or just go back to doing it myself. read more

So my husband works with cars and I know a thing or two. But as a female I HATE when men try to play me like a a person that doesn't know cars. I came to get my car washed and my oil changed why did there mechanic ( lube tech) tell me I need to get synthetic oil change "to help my warranty"... ok bud Changing my oil type will cost me an extra $20 bucks every time I change my oil. If you start with synthetic keep synthetic. Only change to synthetic IF your car has very high mileage like over 100k. read more

We are originally from The OC, Orange County California. Lived in Portland, Oregon for last 6 1/2 years and moved to Georgia July 16, 2022. It seems rare to find a full service car wash around here. Back in the OC, it's the opposite, your not going to see people rolling in their Mercedes and vacuuming their own car! Not happening. Too busy and too spoiled. We were starting to get worried we were not going to find a place and BAM we found this place. The great news flash everyone is that this car wash has new amazing ownership and you can tell the entire staff is excited and everyone has a great attitude. As an ex business owner having a staff of just under 100, I see everything! It all started with Courtney, she was an absolute pleasure, although this was my second time there I still needed help with all the different options which Courtney was not only very clear on but she was detailed and took her time with me which I appreciated, great personality. Then I met Kaidence who led the afterwash team of two, here is a future leader, great personality, excellent attitude, well spoken, hardworking Kaidence has it all. We had something on our dash that's been there the assistant manager Steven came out and looked at the problem, mentioned that he may have something to get that out Steven came back, gave it to one of the team members working on my car and it worked. Looks like new again. Thank you Steven. Steven also very friendly. I can say as a business executive that this business has a great staff. The greatest asset of any company is its people. Thank you team One Stop! Not only did you all do a great job on my wife's Mercedes Benz but you all made it a great experience and that's not easy to do. I wish the new ownership here the best of success. We can happily say our car has a new home to get it cleaned. Without a doubt we recommend this business highly. I asked for a full detail with the auto car wash and then two people detail it after. My car was still super dirty on the outside so I just wiped it down myself after them. The front desk lady refused a refund and then tried to say the stuff wouldn't come off but it came off easy for me with some spray. just a generally half assed job for $40 + $20 for tips read more

Should've just paid for the outside to be washed. Had to ask the gentleman to come back and wipe the inside of the doors because they were still dirty. Started driving and noticed this... I've always come to this car wash but the last couple of times I've been disappointed. Not to mention... the car smells like wet dog now... I think the rags they were using were dirty. read more

As of May of 2019, One Stop Car Wash has an 1 star rating. Really? What's up with Yelp and carwashes? Not many car washes in Yelp have decent ratings. Maybe the only people who review are the ones with bad experiences. This used to be Mr. Clean Car Wash. I guess they changed ownership. I don't think it changed much. Like other car washes, they have several tiers of washes from all exterior to interior/exterior washes and other services that includes shampooing, hand waxing, and so on. As I drove up, a nice lady came up and took our order. We needed an interior and exterior wash and some shampooing. She explained everything we needed. She recommended certain services and advised us which would be the best deal for us. We drove the car through the machine for the wash. Then we parked it so the cleaners can get to it. We waited for them inside their lobby. The lobby didn't really have comfortable chairs. It was kinda bare inside. There were chairs outside as well, but there was no shade. I wish they would include shade to wait outside. They did a good job on our car. It looked clean. We asked them to shampoo our floor mats. They had paper on top of them because they were still damp. And it was also a reminder for us to try the mats when we get home. Everyone we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I had no problems with this car wash. read more

I received EXCELLENT service at One Stop. I came midday on a Saturday and they got me right in. Both the manager and the young lady working the entrance were super nice and extremely helpful. I couldn't pick which service I truly wanted but provided the manager with a major need and he helped me determine the best service and features to get what I needed for a price within my budget. I was able to go across the lawn and grab a bite to eat and by the time I was done, they were done and my car looked and smelled amazing. Definitely coming back here again! read more

I have a receipt that clearly states a free Ultimate car wash on your birthday and in providing the receipt to the young man, he went in and discussed with the office and I was advised it was for the Ultra which is for the outside only. I had him check again and was advised the same thing and that they were aware of it and was a computer issue. I didn't argue as it was very clear they were not concerned with the customers satisfaction and was not going to comply with the written receipt. I was very disappointed as I had very good customer service with Mr. Clean and thought One Stop would follow in the same manner. They could have suggested I pay the difference for the ultimate wash but the young staff they have on hand doesn't seem to recognize the value of taking that extra step for good customer service. Horrible! I have been going to what was previously Mr. Clean for years. Since the change in name/ownership, the quality and especially customer service has declined. I figured I would continue to support and give them a chance. I went today and when I saw the very large unwelcoming sign about what they would not be responsible for and to proceed at your own risk that was my first sign, then I encountered a very rude employee, I decided it is not worth spending my money with a business that doesn't appreciate or value their customers. I have a van that got little tar spots all over it. I was slowly able to clean the spots off of 2 panels of the van, but it was going to take too much time to complete the job so I went to One Stop Car Wash. I presented them with my van and said I need all of the tar spots removed. One of the workers said I don't know if we can remove them. I told him if you can't remove them I don't even want to try. He went away and spoke to some other worker and he came back. Another worker who knew exactly what I said offered me a package to get it cleaned. I was surprised because the price was very reasonable. I was also surprised that my van was done so quickly. I paid the cashier and went to get my van. I was very happy with the quick service until I got to the van and saw the tar spots had NOT BEEN REMOVED. I was told the only way the tar could be removed was to pay to have it detailed. At this point I am VERY ANGRY. It is the typical bait and switch routine. I made it abundantly clear that the tar MUST be removed. I then expect to pay and get the desired result. In this case they couldn't remove the tar and now I need to pay another chunk of money to get what I asked for in the first place. If they had quoted me the full price up front I would have been ok with that. In this case after paying the van was NOT clean. Being told I had to pay more to get the tar off was really irritating. I spoke to the manager who said what do you want. I said I want my van without the tar like I said in the first place. The manager said I'd have to pay for the detail job if I wanted the tar gone. I explained that I was CLEAR up front that I didn't want to start if they could NOT remove the tar. I was offered the "BEST" service to get it all clean. I paid for it and it was not clean. I was hoping the manager would offer a discount on the detail job but he did not. He said you can pay for the detail job or I can refund you for the wash. I took the refund but it was clear that the manager was not concerned about me, a first time customer. So yes they washed my van but I asked up front that they not even start if they could not remove the tar. They wasted my time and did the old bait and switch on me. I will NEVER return. read more
