I had to wait for parts from Polaris, but Sean has great customer service. It's difficult when your motorcycle is 400 miles away and you don't know what's going on. I didn't have to worry because Sean called me the entire time keeping me posted with each step. From diagnosing the issue, ordering the parts, calling when they came in, and fixing my bike. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Thank you for getting Me back to "Johnny 501".
