Al, the owner of Rival Cycles is a great guy. He has a great personality and really loves to help people. He's an old school guy who likes to do great work for an affordable price. He also has many connections in the bike industry, can save you a ton of money, and more than likely find you great used parts if your trying to save a buck or two. When I went to Rival Cycles, Al was very straight forward with me. He offered me different options on how to fix my dads bike. He told me how he could fix the problem and save me money. I also enjoyed his honesty, when my dads bike was finished, he said the job didn't take as long as he thought it would, and knocked off $150 on the price. He is a one man show and is very busy. He likes taking his time to finish all of his customers bike, so you just need to be patient with him and the job will be done right. I will absolutely use Al and Rival Cycles over and over again, and I highly recommend him.
