Yet somehow the other 3 families all received spacious RVs with slide-out extensions while we were stuck with the only small RV without one. Same price, completely different experience. Anyone familiar with RVs knows the difference in space and comfort is massive. Then CanaDream charged us for a bike rack, emailed us the NIGHT BEFORE pickup saying none were available, and still left the charge on our account until we complained afterward. What was even worse was the attitude from management. Completely dismissive, defensive, and more interested in hiding behind policy wording than acknowledging the obvious unfairness of the situation. Their idea of "making it right" was offering a discount on a future booking -- as if we would ever trust this company again after how poorly this was handled. CanaDream clearly has no issue taking full payment while delivering a noticeably inferior experience to some customers. We won't be returning -- and we'll be making sure others know exactly what to expect before booking with them.

There own sign I'm showroom says they service own customers first, stranded or transiant customers second and trailers purchased elsewhere 3rd..I have no issue with that but with where I bought my trailer 200km they wont service even though it's a Jayco and they are Jayco dealer. I was treated like a PC of crap in the process and even hung up on at one point. I can't imagine why a company does not want business $$$ but they sure wont ever get any of mine. Dealer disputes or something hold customers hostage. Very arrogant service policies. Company shows good reviews till you look closely at service dept reviews, the truth is shown there. P.S in another review they even said I saved $1000s of dollars at the other dealer. Those are their own words not mine, they simply did not have the trailer style I wanted in 2 visits. Shop around they say themselves it might save you, just dont expect warrantee from them.

some serious issues that we had during our trip with the RV (rented on July 30th 2020), there are…read moremajor concerns about the RV that was rented out to us and it is not recognizable upon initial inspection but only found when the RV was driven for some distance. Below are the main problems that we have faced and have caused interruptions to our trip which caused us to cancel our long weekend trip earlier than expected: 1. The slider (extender) got stuck on the second day, it wouldn't slide all the way out but only about 20% and it stops (video attached for refernce). We spent our time trying to fix it while contacting your support team with hours of waiting on a response. No help was received by your end so we had to find a tent to sleep in but stores were closed at the time, also hotels fully booked for the long weekend. We had to borrow a tent that didn't fit all of us, besides there were no sleeping bags, you can imagine how horrible this experience was as we fully were dependent on sleeping inside the RV. One of your members (CJ) was concerned about the slider upon initial inspection before our departure but then a technician came and indicated there is no issues and the RV is fully functional and the slider should work and confirmed it, that wasn't the case on our 2nd day of the trip.  2. After experiencing a horrible sleepless night cramped in a small tent with no sleeping bags, we have decided to leave back and end our long weekend trip by returning the RV as it is not functional and can't be slept in. We drove the RV back and faced a major safety issue while driving, windshields wipers were very dirty in the rain (couldn't tell upon inspection as it was a sunny and not raining). The wipers cause some sort of white grease material to buildup on the windshield while raining (pictures attached). This was very unsafe as there were numerous times we have encountered when the windshield was fully blocked with dirt material and blocking the driver from seeing the road clearly. We have to drive below speed limit and pullover the clean the windshield multiple times and causing us to be involved in risky situations with other drivers on the road.  3. Last issue that was a major concern and the management should be aware of is the fact that the RV have bed bugs! We got bitten after our first day. The bedroom and top bed were the spots where we got bitten. There is a big chance we have brought bed bugs back into our homes and this will cause us unnecessary issues in the near future.  These three issues have turned our supposed to be fun and long weekend trip into one nightmare that we had to end early. This was the worst experience we have faced and have put us in risky and unsafe situations that could've ended badly such as being involved in an accident on the road for not being able to see clearly through the windshield

People like them doesn't deserve any business. As an online marketing guy I am going to do whatever it take to warn other people from doing any business with them. After walking through the trailer to inspect their workmanship, and reading through the repairs inventory, their team claimed all was done. However, it was clear that some of the work was completed without our consent; and other work that was requested, was not done at all. Furthermore, the work that was done was not done well. I could not believe what a confrontation it took to get the bare minimum effort from the mechanics, lack of support with evaluating the work, and the poor communication. Naturally we were very upset when an agreement couldn't be reached. The disrepsectful tone from the workers was disheartening. NO ONE at Under the Stars would take responsiblity. They were disorganized, slow, and underwhelming in their commitment to complete the work and exhibit respect towards us, the customer. They even threatened to hold the trailer hostage at one point when we couldn't come to an agreement. I don't know what to advise; other than going somewhere else. I would not wish this experience on anyone.

Since writing our intial review, about our positive experience buying, we have had multiple issues that have been not resolved/poorly resolved by Outdoor Travel. These are the most recent..... -Within a year, our flush "leaked" and flooded our trailer. This was the second time we used the flush to clean the black tank. They "fixed" it, only to find that it was still leaking when we tried to use it again. We just decided we weren't going to deal with it and have not used it since. No cost for them to "repair" it, but we recieved a $200 bill almost 7 months later, when they told us this was actually not covered. -seals on our slide out - again within a year, these starting falling off. We took it in (the same time as above) and they "fixed" it by putting staples in the seal. We were not happy with this fix, but I called Aspen and they said this was their recommendation. Again no cost at pick-up, but again we recieved a bill 7 months later, another $200 for staples. - back window was very hard to open - again within the year. We took it in (the same time as above) and they "fixed" it by bending it? It still sticks......Again no cost at pick-up, but again we recieved a bill 7 months later, another $100. So total for this bill, when we were told no cost at pick-up in May (we received 7 months later...even though we have been there a couple times since and they did not mention) was $600 and they put some staples in, pushed the window in, and fixed one fitting on the flush and now it leaks somewhere else...... Again, these are only some of the issues we have had......I would think twice about buying from Outdoor Travel.
