Waited for 3 weeks for an service appointment all to be told after I dropped trailer off they refused to work on it because of where I purchased it from. They were told when appointment was booked bought somewhere else.
There own sign I'm showroom says they service own customers first, stranded or transiant customers second and trailers purchased elsewhere 3rd..I have no issue with that but with where I bought my trailer 200km they wont service even though it's a Jayco and they are Jayco dealer. I was treated like a PC of crap in the process and even hung up on at one point.
I can't imagine why a company does not want business $$$ but they sure wont ever get any of mine.
Dealer disputes or something hold customers hostage.
Very arrogant service policies. Company shows good reviews till you look closely at service dept reviews, the truth is shown there.
P.S in another review they even said I saved $1000s of dollars at the other dealer. Those are their own words not mine, they simply did not have the trailer style I wanted in 2 visits. Shop around they say themselves it might save you, just dont expect warrantee from them. read more
