I know how it sounds but i had a great experience with them. I had to bring my car into the dealership as an emergency, i managed to get a ride home but i was otherwise stranded and i normally commute an hour for work. About an hour from the dealership closing, i hadnt heard about my vehicle so i called inquiring about it. I was told that they couldnt get to my vehicle at all and maybe not even the next day. I asked about a loaner car and got denied but the dealership offered a discount with both Enterprise and Bristol car rental. I had never heard of Bristol before so admittedly i wrote them off. Not only did Enterprise reject the discount offer but they pressured me into making a decision about receiving a 'small car' for $99 a day. After the way i was spoken to, i hung up and called Bristol. I found them to be very friendly, they honoured the discount and said they could match the vehicle that i had the dealership working on. They offer both drop off and courier services but since i called only an hour from closing, they could not offer the service due to there only being one employee. I ended up uber-ing it to them and it was such an easy and fast process to rent a vehicle for just $45 a day. Victor was the one to handle everything, he walked me through every step and walked me to the vehicle outside. Right as the keys were put into my hand, the dealership called to say my vehicle was done and to pick it up before they closed in 20 minutes, they also could not offer me a shuttle and i really didnt want to spend more money on another uber. I was very frustrated and wasnt sure what to do or how to walk on the side of a very large road in order to get there. Victor immediately allowed me to 'return' the rented vehicle that i had for approximately 0.0005 seconds and very kindly offered to drive me to the dealership himself to pick up my car. After such a stressful and long day, this is the kindness that just warms your heart. Victor helped me without asking for anything in return and he didnt even make any money off of me, i didnt even get to use his services. He absolutely wasnt obligated to help me and yet he was so kind as to immediately refund me even though i had already paid and signed with him and then he went an extra step and helped me get to the dealership before they closed. So i will absolutely turn to Bristol every time i or a friend needs a rental and i WILL be asking for Victor again!

You can't even park there. And there's no signage on the parking lot around the corner. Brutal customer experience.

Last time I was at this Enterprise, I arrived about 10 minutes before closing time and I asked if they would have a cargo van. Firstly, I was surprised to see that they were fully stocked with all sorts of cars including not one, but TWO cargo vans. The gentleman, whose name escapes me, helped me and a bunch of other customers way beyond closing hours and even offered me a discount for the van, as I was only renting the van for half a day. There's something really special about any place that takes care of their customers they way the guys at this enterprise location do. Bottom line, when you're looking for a cargo van, forget about places like uhaul, instead come to this place... sure you will pay a bit extra, but it is worth every penny my friends!

Fortunately, they offered me an SUV but at an added cost - they asked for $8/day extra and we settled on $4. The rent was overall good, except that it said an oil change and maintenance was needed on the speedometer computer dash, which I found was a little alarming. The car was amazing on gas and I found it to be semi-luxurious. (Sunroof, moonroof, GPS) pretty clean for the most part, except there were smudges on the windshield when I first got it, I feel like it should've been washed, considering they have a wash in enterprise but for the lack of all this, they made up for it in customer service. Going through so much, enterprise did promise to pick me up and did. They literally made sure I was happy to the best of their ability, or tried to at least... and I was on my way with a rental car pretty quickly. Dropping off the car, they also drove me home! Great service and very professional! I rented there several…read moretimes, always with zero issues. They are always polite and quick, highly recommended. The last time when I rented a car for 2 days, during checkout the manager asked me about my experience, etc. - I casually mentioned that I wish the car was a little more clean (it wasn't bad, just not perfect) when I picked it up, as a result the manager instantly offered me a 50% discount!!

Terrible customer service experience. They offer debit card…read moreoptions, but their system had an error checking the details for it. I offered all proof and documents needed, and they rejected it. I offered to pay the deposit with no return. They would not even try to contact anyone about why their system couldnt take my information, which was All valid and double checked. This cost me my holiday weekend trip plans and a bunch of reservations that i cannot refund Never seen such lackluster effort
