We picked it up since this is my first time using an ECV scooter, so wanted to understand the size and other factors. Joseph was extremely helpful and explained in an easier way to disassemble and assemble the scooter. We got a 3 wheel GoGo. With full charge we were able to use it throughout Disney Magic Kingdom park without the need to plug in and charge. It easily fit into our boot (SUV) as well. One part is bit heavy so might need another person to help you out to lift it. But the whole assembly took less than a minute. Joseph was very communicative as well. Would recommend to use their website for price and specific details about the ECV's. They do drop off and pick up as well. I chose to do the drop off and pickup. Please, be careful with online reservations! The email says that they'll call you to finalize and collect payment. When I called the next day to confirm, they didn't have any scooters available for the date and time I'd chosen! The website did say to call and not use the online form if the desired rental was less than 48 hours away, but this didn't apply in my case. The website/ follow-up email needs to be much clearer that you're not making a reservation, just requesting a potential date and time that you might like to have a reservation. It looked very much like I had successfully reserved a scooter, but it turns out I hadn't. They were very polite and apologetic, and gave me some numbers of other places to rent scooters, one of which (Best Price) was able to help. Thank goodness!

The price was good but reading over the reviews for Yellow Scooter gave me pause. Since it was only for three days I decided to take my chances. They delivered the scooter to my resort after messaging me trying to come later than originally scheduled. We compromised on a time. Upon delivery the scooter looked nothing like the one pictured on-line. It was rather beat up and the tires had seen better days. The delivery was very rushed with the delivery man not explaining anything. The scooter was fully charged which was good and it seemed to work fine. The next morning when I went to turn the scooter on the key snapped off! I was panicked until I realized I could still turn it on so rather than go through the hassle of getting a new one, we just went to the park. The scooter held a charge great the first day and a little less so the next day. When we turned it in we told them about the key and the delivery man didn't really comment. Needed to rent a scooter last minute for our Disney vacation trip…read more Booked online the day before our trip and they delivered it to our Disney hotel the first day of our amusement park day. The process was so easy. He delivered it at 8am and met in front of our hotel. He taught us how to break it down to fit in our car and answered all our questions. We used it at all the parks and did not charge it once at any park. The scooter lasted the entire day at every park! We were very shocked because we had seen a lot of scooters needing to get charged at the parks. We'd only charge it overnight. We ordered the sunshade as well, which was definitely worth it for the unpredictable Florida weather. We decided not to go to the park for our 5th day and was just going to drop it off at the location, but he came right away to pick it up. Such a nice experience and great customer service. It's now only June, and I needed to cancel due to an unexpected change in vacation plans. I contacted them via email (I don't like using phone because then there's no documentation) to cancel the order. When I didn't hear back from them, I emailed a second time about four days later. When I didn't hear back AGAIN, I contacted them through their online chat service. That was ignored, too (and if they're unable to chat at the time, they'll answer in the chat box when they can AND send an email, neither of which were done). After that was ignored, I opened a dispute on PayPal to get the money I'd paid refunded. They've also ignored that. Ten days since I cancelled, and they've still not refunded me the money or even answered my emails, online chat, and PayPal dispute. UPDATE: I finally got my order canceled. It only took two weeks, four emails (two to the owner's email accounts) that they never answered, one online chat that they never answered, two voicemail messages, disputing it through PayPal (which they never answered), AND a threat to hire an attorney (that's when it finally got canceled).
