He said it was NOT the battery and that it was the starter. I rode with the driver to my mechanic. The driver was acting very oddly. He was laughing hysterically at the chatter over the radio that transmits driver messages. The tow cost me $72. Once my mechanic looked at it, he discovered it was just the battery and it needed a jump. He quickly fixed it at no cost. Due to the inept/dishonest tow truck driver I am now out $72.

The management was closed, so where would I park? Horrible customer service and very unhelpful. If this is how they operate, I have no idea what they actually get paid to do. The gentleman who helped me out today, (I had called no notice) he came to me right away with no wait time. He was so patient, so kind and genuinely wanted to help me out of my crappy car situation. He even let me ride with him to the car place which was nice and saved me the expense of having to order an Uber. I will be using this small local company for any towing needs in the future (hopefully there won't be many) and will absolutely recommend their services to my family and friends.
