Northwest diesel stood up when the warranty company attempted to make changes that they felt were unappropriate. Shortly after the large expense, I had to return for another issue. Nonrelated, to what happened before. When I herd the dollar amount I didn't really have to say much, but Matt. The manager, I think, saw something on my face and he did something to turn the frown on my face to resemble something more of a smile.. And he didn't have to, but he helped me out in a situation. And I really do appreciate it. Corey was there to assist with a lot of things and I would give him 2 thumbs up. Great place, good vibes, and I definitely will be back. Hopefully not too soon. They found an issue with the drag link that was previously "fixed" by the dealership under warranty. Fleet services let me know they could not continue with having to replace the part. But with this new information I went back to the dealership and now the work is being done by the dealership under warranty. Then, whatever needs fixing takes forever to find and possibly longer to fix. If you are looking for an auto shop that specializes in one thing and one thing only and honest, knowledgeable and experienced electric mechanics that are VERY reasonable and very efficient, I highly recommend Lynnwood Auto Electric. The problems in the electrical in my Pathfinder turned out to be related- They had the part ordered, installed and ready to go in 2 hours, and they only charged me shop minimum for labor. They are only open Monday-Friday, but they have a secure looking fenced side lot that they can lock your vehicle up in overnight.
