If you hit tough times and your car is towed, then you work really hard to pay the lender enough to get it back, be ready to be persistent with this tow company, as they're almost impossible to contact or make an appointment with. Our confirmation text said it was not a confirmation, no address was provided. FINALLY! The lender gave us the address and we had to go through the no trespassing sign area, find the crappy office (no signs). The manager insisted we missed our other appointment and didn't care that we didn't have the address. He threatened to escort us off the lot. Fortunately , there is a nice secretary who intervened, found our paperwork and we got our car. They definitely take advantage of people who already feel they don't have rights because they got behind on their car payment. I'd leave a negative review if I could. Got into an accident with my Toyota Tacoma Saturday night and the truck was in-op so my only option was to have Dick's tow it to their yard as it was late and we weren't able to contact any body shops. I watched them take the truck from the scene of the accident and came back the next day and had the truck towed to our house so we could start the process with our insurance. After they dropped the truck off and left, I noticed our battery was swapped out with an old crap battery and we were missing both TRD oil and radiator cap. Somewhere along the way the parts just magically swapped themselves and disappeared. Especially since their lot is a secured lot. I called and the owner Dick insinuated that it was either missing before or after they got the truck which is complete bu*lshit. These guys are THIEVES. Do not use them! read more

After a MVA, my car was towed to this location unbeknownst to me. When I arrived to collect my personal belongings, I was met with the most unfriendly lot manager, explaining what could & could not be removed from my vehicle. She argued that I could not remove my Thule crossbar, purchased & installed personally - not an integral part of the car. Arriving at my car, it was soon clear that most of my personal belongings were stolen including an insurance tracking device (that automatically let me know when the device was removed while in the lot), an automatic garage door opener, fairly heavy emergency kit, etc. This is clearly not a secure lot & instead of protecting my vehicle & it's contents, the lot manager treated me like I was a perpetrator, hovering over me & my friend while removing my remaining personal belongings with comments like, "in a crash, they probably flew out"! I had no say in where my vehicle was towed and not authorized anyone to remove my personal belongings. read more

FYI: If your car is found after it was stolen while out of the state. And the sheriff called to have the car towed here. You'll be billed $375(Plus tax) for Tow fee plus $100/day for storage. Go figures. They said my insurance will pay for This. But I am sure the fee could be much more reasonable than this. No wonder insurance companies treat all claims like scam artists. read more

My wife and I had been in Washington, from Alaska for about a month when our vehicle died on I-5. We didnt know who to call... took a chance and called the first company that popped up on me phone. It was Dick's Towing. We only waited about 15-20 min. for the slideback to appear. Remarkable skill and care, took us right to our house and dropped us and the vehicle in the deiveway. I detest tow companies and my experiences have always been poor. Tony from Sky Valley destroyed all that hate with one call. If drivers were like this guy the industry would be one of the most trusted and liked in the business world My sons truck died in a shopping center lot and after taking the battery to O'reillys to get it checked out we determined it was something worse and needed a tow to a mechanic. I won't go into the whole story but Tony fixed the problem and saved me hundreds of dollars. read more

This place is bullshit!! The dumb broad working here told me our car was NOT here when I called this MORNING!!!! I called 8 tow companies and all of them said they did not have our car. Went to the sheriff's office and found out that this was in fact, where our car was the whole time!!!! The dumb broad told me over the phone after contacting 8 tow companies and the the sheriff's office(which they confirmed that's where our car was) that our car came in yesterday EVENING!! On the paperwork when we got there it said they had supposedly had it since yesterday MORNING (which they wanted to charge us $150 more for, because they were now claiming they had it for a day and 1/2) Obviously trying to get over on people!!! The trailer home they work out of is as nasty as the scum working there. Had this idiot BROAD done her job right the first time we would have not been charged the 150 for the extra 1/2 of a day, I had to argue to get 50 bucks off the bill and am still not satisfied because in all reality it was the company"s fault!!! These people take advantage of you. My guess is that this bitch was too lazy to get up and see if our car was there in thetow lot that had maybe 6 cars total besides ours.... or she knew she could charge me more and purposely lied about our cars whereabouts this morning so she could charge more after it took me the 1/2 day just to track it down! read more

Please train your drivers in basic math skills. A driver I had was having a hard time putting together 28 and 74. He corrected the mistake but because he double charged me...
