We used the scooters for the week at the Sewing Convention we attended. They saved my knees and I was able to focus on my sewing instead of pain. The chairs were well kept. They charged easily when plugged in. The 4 wheel one I requested is very sturdy and does not tip over. The cost is average and great value when you count it saved my knees and the service you get with pick up and delivery. I responded back and asked what the cancellation policy was. I never heard back from them. I emailed multiple times. So I decided to call today and touch base with them. The lady told me to text her the dates and my name and she'd get back with me. So I texted her. Then she calls me, telling me I was being to persistent and confusing her and begins to be rude and chew me out. I hung up on this rude lady. So she sends me the following text messages. Never have I dealt with such terrible customer service.

A day later Monica called and said she found a trade in for me. I only have to add a small amount of cash. My Valentine 's Day gift to myself was the new to me van. It is a Dodge Caravan with an electric ramp. It is wonderful compared to my manual ramp. Eric took over because Monica is on vacation.
