For over a week I have made multiple calls trying to arrange for a return. Simple questions such as, "what will the shipping fees be?" are evidently too complex for a response. Everyday I call and get another excuse centered around, "I'll need to speak with a manager". Now going on seven (7) days. When I noted my timeline is greatly compressed due to travel obligations, Spin Life has demonstrated NO sense of urgency. The white glove service I purchased for my elderly mother was an epic fail requiring multiple calls to Spin Life to get corrected. Additional products did not ship with the wheelchair and have not been credited against my bill. The only thing that "spins" is ths continued delays and unfulfilled promises.

Then to add to my extreme satisfaction with Interstate, I had to call them today about the foot rest would not come up. I spoke to a women her name is Olympia and she was extremely helpfully and friendly! It was just a matter of rebooting the electronics for the chair which she was able to walk me through over the phone. I would recommend Interstate Lift to anyone looking for a chair lift they stand behind their service 100% and make you feel like your part of their family.
