Mobility Works stairlift service was amazing. The technician, Tim, worked quickly and efficiently. I have a Hamar stairlift that is over 10 years old and has not been used for about 8 years. It ran on batteries, and the seat was up on the rail. I got new batteries, hoping the old lift had life in it. The technician, Tim, arrived early and got straight to work. After an hour, the new batteries were attached, connections were cleaned, the correct switches were engaged, and Tim showed me how to lower the chair on the tracks and what to do if it were to get locked. He cleaned the filthy tracks and wheels until the lift ran smoothly. The stairlift now works like new! Thank you Tim! read more

Just finished my rental of my Ramp Van from MobilityWorks, Bear, DE. The staff, especially Tiffane Bullen, was fabulous and incredibly helpful. I had very different issues and they really helped me and solved every special need that I had. The van was not just clean, it was very clean and ran perfectly. Fantastic experience - Jerald is terrific! While buying a wheelchair accessible minivan isn't nearly as exciting as a new Tesla or BMW, this was a great experience. Visits are typically by appointment which means you can spend uninterrupted time exploring options and asking (a lot of) questions. Jerald took his time to explain all of the options, positives, negatives, benefits and drawbacks of the many options when it comes to accessible vehicles. In the end, we got the vehicle that best meets our needs with the best possible pricing. As painless I could ever imagine this process to be from initial learning through trade-in and final purchase. Will update on scheduled service and post-buy experience when we get there. read more

For over a week I have made multiple calls trying to arrange for a return. Simple questions such as, "what will the shipping fees be?" are evidently too complex for a response. Everyday I call and get another excuse centered around, "I'll need to speak with a manager". Now going on seven (7) days. When I noted my timeline is greatly compressed due to travel obligations, Spin Life has demonstrated NO sense of urgency. The white glove service I purchased for my elderly mother was an epic fail requiring multiple calls to Spin Life to get corrected. Additional products did not ship with the wheelchair and have not been credited against my bill. The only thing that "spins" is ths continued delays and unfulfilled promises.

This organization is a glaring example of monopolies running wild. The equipment is so poorly manufactured that it fails after less than 36 months of use! Unfortunately, you don't realize this until you've invested thousands of dollars with these crooks. wish I could do negative stars I tried to use this dealership quite a few times. the first time a few months ago when I called the sale line i asked if appraisal could be done over phone and was told yes. I was then told they would come pick it up and again after was told no. I decided to go back since I could go into store because my husband was off and was told we can do credit ahead of time. I emailed the john For 2 days before calling back and being rude asking if I had 50000 laying around which means they were not even looking at trade and financing Into account. My trade at min is 40000 and max at 48500. since I only owe 25000 the Car would have only been 62000- 58500. why would I need 50000 if the car alone is not that much which means I would have about he think conferences me with the manager they put me on mute when I said I emailed 2 times looking for a update and then we I mentioned less expensive cars john started screaming in the background. I will not be giving another chance. I called the Laura Md location and they said she needed to speak with them and inform them as that's the right thing to do.
