We were showing a neighbor the chair lift and we could not get the foot rest down! Then it happened to my wife a few times and then it happened to me. Once it stopped midway when my wife. She pressed the back and then forward and it started again. I called. The crew was out of town but they called the next day. It would take them two hours to get back to town. They stopped by at about 1715 hours and of course the chait lift functioned perfectly. But this crew doesn't quit easily. They took every access cover off and checked every electrical contact. They tan it up and down the stairs, operated the foot rest up and down a couple of dozen times. Nothing. But they didn't quit. They replaced the foot rest and I think they replaced the travel switch. And emphatically stated that if anything happened to call again. Nothing has wrong has happened. The crew was great. They worked carefully. No swearing or foul language. They talked, laughed and where happy. This showed me that they were well motivated and enjoyed the job. It was evident in their workmanship. We picked Arrow because they had a show room that we rode five different models. The others wouldn't phone us back or send us information. I'm still glad we went with Arrow. You will be too.

We were greeting immediately when we walked in. Unfortuantely they did not have the part we needed, but the gentleman working was very helpful and gave us great advice. We ended up ordering the part off of Amazon. The customer service we received here is worth the five stars... If we end up with medical mobility needs in the future... We had rented from them several times and were heading into a busy year. He asked how many more times we figured we were going to rent from him, and recommended we buy a used scooter. This has probably saved us several 100 so far. We bought a hitch rack to take it around on, they put it on for us. I was looking for a rollator, but every one I saw was too narrow (I'm a big guy). If I could, I would give Hammer Medical a negative 10. They are the worst. I could not receive my…read moremedical supplies without paying for them first (as expected)...sometimes I would pay w/cash, check or credit card. I always made sure to get e receipt. Than they starting sending me bills in the mail for the supplies I already paid for. Than they started sending me itemized billing, that they had changed the date(s) on, saying I owed even more $$ than the before billing statements they sent. Than they started sending me threatening billing statements saying they were going to sue me for $$ owed. I replied, please do. Please sue me, because I will counter sue showing proof that I pre-paid for my medical supplies & show how Hammer changed the dates and added more $$$$ owed + I will counter sue for all the grief and stress Hammer put me through while fighting stage 4 anal cancer. I also contacted the Department of Human Services and sent them copies of all my receipts along w/ Hammer's bogus itemized billing statements. Needless to say, Hammer quit sending me billing statements and I (luckly) found Unity Point at Home (A+) and now get ALL of my medical supplies from Unity Point. AVOID HAMMER MEDICAL AT ALL COST!!
