On 6-19-26, after my husband spent two weeks at HCA Orange Park, he was transported to an inpatient rehabilitation treatment center by Amber and Memphis. As his wife, I was extremely scared because I had never left his side until the day of transport. However, from the moment they arrived, they showed professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for his safety and comfort. They took every safety precaution while he was in their care, and the ride was smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Their kindness and calm demeanor helped ease my fears during such an emotional moment. Hats off to Liberty for having these two diamonds in the rough on your team. Amber and Memphis truly made a difference for our family, and we are beyond grateful for the care they provided.

Of the three times this year that we've arranged a stretcher pickup for a medical appointment, two…read moreof them have had to be cancelled because confusion among Liberty's dispatcher(s) resulted in crews not being sent in time to make the appointments. The third one only succeeded by the skin of our teeth, getting us in 2 minutes before the 15-minute grace period after the appointment was up. The crew was competent, but the people who assign and schedule the crews are not. Do not use this company if timing is a factor. They cannot be relied on to deliver you on time.
