On 6-19-26, after my husband spent two weeks at HCA Orange Park, he was transported to an inpatient rehabilitation treatment center by Amber and Memphis. As his wife, I was extremely scared because I had never left his side until the day of transport. However, from the moment they arrived, they showed professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for his safety and comfort. They took every safety precaution while he was in their care, and the ride was smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Their kindness and calm demeanor helped ease my fears during such an emotional moment. Hats off to Liberty for having these two diamonds in the rough on your team. Amber and Memphis truly made a difference for our family, and we are beyond grateful for the care they provided.

The third one only succeeded by the skin of our teeth, getting us in 2 minutes before the 15-minute grace period after the appointment was up. The crew was competent, but the people who assign and schedule the crews are not. Do not use this company if timing is a factor. They cannot be relied on to deliver you on time.

They plan to keep all the money from the sale. If you call the company there is a voice mail recording that says someone will return your call, but no one ever calls you back. After repeated dead end phone calls, I drove over there. The maintenance man was there and he gave me the owner Taft's, cell phone number saying Taft had left to pick up his grand daughter from school and I had just missed him. I called Taft's cell phone and he said he was in Tallahassee helping his family from hurricane damage and would be back the next week. How can he be in Tallahassee when the maintenance man said he just left the business in Jacksonville? This started a series of making dates for me to pick up the check and then canceling last minute saying he was out of town, all through text messages. After weeks if not months of setting dates and canceling, he promised to be there. The day before, I texted him a reminder that I was coming. His response was that he was in court! I guess he was dealing with someone else he has stiffed. When I questioned his response, he said either he or his associate would be there to give me a check. I arrived and a man I've never seen before asked me to wait while he made a phone call to Taft. Finally he came out with a paid receipt for me to sign and a check. I drove to the bank only to find that the account had insufficient funds. I tried to cash it many times, but always the same result, insufficient funds. I texted Taft that there was no funds in the account, and he never responded. If you check the better business bureau it shows an F rating. Don't give this company any medical equipment to sell or fix, or any money up front, because they plan to keep it all. You're dealing with unscrupulous, dishonest people that you cannot believe or trust.
