So, I bought the wrong ones a few days ago. I was not sure how to get the key out of my two fobs. David removed the old ones for me & replaced them, plus he gave me a refund since they were out of the other brand. I watched how polite & courteous David was with the 2 gentlemen ahead of me, who needed several different parts. His demeanor never changed even as he tried to help them, all the while ensuring that he had the correct part. I highly recommend this business for any & all auto parts. I was afraid Id hit the light of the sign and swerved but my mirror cracked from an already lose unit. I needed a mirror and fast under $25. At my nail Solon, a young lady suggested this pick and pull. Entry is $4 no matter what. Definitely wear shoes you don't care about and wear gloves . Step to the window and tell them why you're there. Pay admit $4 in cash but charge is okay when your find the part you need. $2 extra for card. I only had a par of pliers and a few men giggled and asked asked how I would get it off the car. I was handed apiece of paper, after doing research on the site ahead of time for the car and year I needed to match. My row was 144. It was a long sledge walk in slides ( I was fed up with calling around at that point). I found the row , and some comical roasts along the way ( see photo) but the actual models that fit my car were destroyed or already taken. I found a similar model that seemed to fit the measurements .. until I got back to my car. The part was $4. I paid in cash. I was given a receipt but told the part is as is. Posted photo after I ordered correct size from Amazon. I just did this temp. So I wouldn't get pulled over, and I need to see my blind spots!!

Worst dealership experience I've ever had…read more I specifically reviewed the Carfax before purchasing, which showed a prior incident but no details. I asked directly about it, and both the salesman and the used car manager assured me it was only a cracked windshield claim. That was completely false. The vehicle had clearly been involved in an accident and required body repairs. Something they absolutely knew and chose not to disclose and lie about. They also gave me an "I Owe You" for repairs, and despite multiple attempts to get those issues fixed, the vehicle still has ongoing problems. They simply do not follow through. To make things even worse, they mailed my tag and title to the wrong address, creating even more unnecessary stress and delays. The lack of honesty and accountability from management is unacceptable. I felt misled from the beginning, and the entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, a horrible experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership, make sure you verify everything yourself, because you cannot rely on what they tell you.

This is absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an automotive repair shop. The…read morerepairs were not completed correctly. The manager lied to me on two separate occasions. Once on the phone and once to my face. The store offers a military discount but does not give one. They tried to sell me parts and services that were not required to repair my vehicle. If it were not for the fact that the repairs are so expensive and they have to honor my warranty, I would take my vehicle to another shop. The vehicle was promised to be fixed and returned three separate times and all three times failed to be repaired and delivered. After having another repair shop run tests and I presented them to the shop, the mechanic disregarded them and tried to have me purchase more parts. Gaskets were reused causing leaks. I hope I am the only one who was cheated and lied to, but I think not. The only bright point was dealing with 'Frizzy' in the office.
