The nurses were shaking their heads how MESSED up he was they apparently have had issues with him & his office before. There has been SO many mistakes, we found another Cardiologist ASAP. We never were able to get all the medical records. We think it's because of all the errors that were made. We will be working on getting ALL the medical records for SEVERAL reasons.
