They said results will usually come in 2 days and they will give us a call back. 2 days later, no call! I had to call for the results. Results came in and it wasn't even reviewed yet. So for 2 days after my daughter went to this urgent care she was still having fevers Tylenol was helping but for a limited of time. As a mother I was stressed and worried and didn't know what to do and left this place with even more questions! Would never come here again!!

Dr. Lorentz was very thorough, caring and informative and JJ was made sure I was comfortable at all times. The facility is clean, bright, in a convenient location, and they take Medicare. Elyse and Lindsay who worked the front desk were polite and courteous. My son was assessed by the nurse and then by the doctor and got an IV hydration and some pills for nausea. I mentioned that he maybe passed out or had a seizure 4 days ago. we stay there until around 5:30 AM when he was dismissed. Now I found out that the doctor decided to make an upgrade to Emergency room with no explanation about it. I was tired and under stress so I signed on their Ipad. The bill is 1,560 dollars for an IV hydration and nausea pills they also did a CT scan. he only had a stomach virus. Don't go over there unless you really need an Emergency Room

In January I had an appointment and was told my insurance wasn't covered by them anymore, so I paid the appointment out of my pocket. Then as my physical was coming up in April, I was then told my insurance was as covered as supplemental insurance, and I was all set. Either way, Vivian is an excellent PA and I never see my doctor, only her. She has an excellent demeanor and I fell completely confident with her.

We drive here 5 hours away and stay in hotels because you see my husband is on a heart transplant list he's my caregiver and I am his you see I have a really rare cancer called thymoma I've been battling since 2020 and before this one I had beaten thyroid cancer this one has been extremely difficult but God has blessed me by removing making eight tumors in my lungs disappear. I have two new ones they're small I have a strong faith and my husband and I are retired and we all gave a story mine I got during my four tours in Iraq I'm sure . I was permanently injured in Baghdad I came home I couldn't work ever again so I have to say MD Anderson is the best for all of us suffering from Cancer because everybody that works there absolutely cares for all of us Thank you MD Anderson.

I have been a patient at MDA since 2012. i recently did 35 radiation treatments at the Woodlands as i reside in Spring just 10 miles from there. What an amazing group of people. "Always" smiling and on time with my treatments. The way the Woodlands works in unison with the Med center facility is amazing. I have lab/blood work done every 3 months and the results are usually in my chart/phone before i get out of the parking lot. Here is my summary in a nut shell. Why on earth would you trust anyone else with your life. MDA is second to none.They actually made my cancer history! Amen
