She spends a good amount of time on each foot, and gives good massage. My polish has always lasted until my next appointment. For my mani, I usually get regular polish, but this last time I got gel. I paid around $250 for a manicure and pedicure, and while money was not the issue, I expected quality service for what I paid. I had previously told Lilly that I preferred a more senior technician since Hayden had been moved to the downtown location. When I called back today asking them to fix the issue, they gave me an appointment with Hayden, who apparently is back now. However, when I tried calling again for over an hour to change the appointment time, the staff repeatedly hung up on me (which has happened before). Eventually someone answered, I politely asked if I could change the time, and they immediately hung up and blocked my number. This level of customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have also personally witnessed staff mocking customers behind their backs, and it feels like they clearly have favourite clients while treating others poorly.
