During my last visit, I had an appointment with Britley. I specifically told her to make sure my white tips were done properly so they would not come off, and I also asked for proper cuticle cleaning. Unfortunately, the work was poorly done, and not even a week later my tips are already coming off. I paid around $250 for a manicure and pedicure, and while money was not the issue, I expected quality service for what I paid. I had previously told Lilly that I preferred a more senior technician since Hayden had been moved to the downtown location. When I called back today asking them to fix the issue, they gave me an appointment with Hayden, who apparently is back now. However, when I tried calling again for over an hour to change the appointment time, the staff repeatedly hung up on me (which has happened before). Eventually someone answered, I politely asked if I could change the time, and they immediately hung up and blocked my number. This level of customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have also personally witnessed staff mocking customers behind their backs, and it feels like they clearly have favourite clients while treating others poorly. After being a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed. The environment feels toxic, and the way customers are treated is unacceptable.
