just now New I LOVE this shop!!! I had been searching for quality faja since i had my tummy tuck 8 mo ago. I used my stage 1 faja that I got coming out of surgery in Turkey and it was great but i needed the next stage and could not find anything of quality in Hawaiʻi and I am very skeptical of doing online faja shopping. I just searched for fajas on Instagram when i landed in Las Vegas and this place popped up and their ads kept popping up so I called and made an appointment. BEST DECISION EVER!!! Jackie and Jennifer are incredible host and i felt pampered from the moment i stepped in the door. I walked out with one stage 2 faja that has amazing compression and lifts my butt and rounds out my hips. I also purchased a waisttrainer that allows me to take a break from the full faja or can be placed on it. Reasonable prices for the great quality garmets. I have worn it for 2 days and will call the girls tomorrow to order 1 more to be shipped to me. Customer service was cool...they got me in pretty quick after I reached out. However, everything is extremely overpriced. They almost force you to buy just for trying things on. I didn't get a chance to decide and wasn't told until after. Also, they basically only accept cash otherwise they charge you 3.5% for using credit. (Also, not something explained beforehand) It was presented to me like I wouldn't need another faja after buying the second and that's simply not the case. So $200 for something you spend less than a week in....none of the garments are custom in any way they just tell you the best size based on your measurement which is also listed on a size chart. go with Amazon. I asked the internet's opinion and everyone seemed to suggest that this was the place to go, so I decided to call and make an appointment. Their website and telephone demeanor led me to expect high quality service, but I was in no way prepared for the Rodeo Drive experience that awaited me at the showroom. Upon arriving I was greeted by that good spa-candle smell and offered a choice of beverages including wine and Perrier. There were lovely chocolates and pastries on display as well. After a brief wait I was ushered into a private room and waited on like a queen by Alexandra and Stephanie. They were so knowledgeable and helpful with their suggestions and in the understanding of what was required after my procedure. Their selection is gorgeous and massive. Alexandra took my measurements and brought a couple options for me to try. The fit was perfect in the first attempt. I ended up leaving with two fajas - one all sophisticated and sexy and one super comfy. Today was my first time shopping at Mocha & Karamelo. I purchased 4 Stage-2 fajas, an abdominal board and a back board. The facility was pretty, clean and inviting. I wish I would have taken pictures while there. Perhaps next time. (I will definitely be visting them again soon for alterations). They have a huge selection of Colombian medical grade fajas, waist trainers and other items tailored to keep your waist snatched. Their products are good quality and they provide alterations there for items purchased. They provide a personal shopping experience by appointment. My personal shopping experience with Stephanie was amazing. She asked me several questions about my procedure (BBL); she measured me; and she provided a safe inviting space for me to try on as many fajas possible. She helped me get into the fajas and taught me how to put them on myself, which I totally appreciated. While trying on the fajas, I asked questions and she was generous with her knowledge. She gave me many tips for my post-op journey. The great take-away for me from Stephanie is that using a faja should be a lifestyle, especially after my BBL procedure.
